The cost of postage, it was well over the top , tiny package, not happy about paying £10 , definitely unhappy with it

What a great company once you have a point two air jacket or my case two you basically keep it for life,bit like triggers broom every year new bits get added or you change shell colour and you just keep going and you end up every so often with a new jacket .
The service facility is excellent and makes the whole experience enjoyable and cost effective
My jackets have saved me from numerous injuries I am sure

Sent an air vest in for service it was turned around within a day of receipt and came back looking like new.

The service was carried out very quickly. My vest was posted back to me the next day, packaged in a new box with a full report on it's condition.

What lovely efficient people.. they were so helpful as we had an old jacket which they took back to refurbish and gave us a huge discount on the replacement and the jackets arrived the next day.. thank you..

The customer service provided by this company is outstanding . I spoke to a lovely lady called Sandra who patiently answered all my questions and guided me through getting the correct size with the help of photos . Nothing was too much bother . The vest arrived and absolutely delighted with it .

If you are at all unsure don’t be. I brought my first jacket from them 2 years ago and have not looked back. The jacket has honestly saved me 3 times so far and well worth the investment. They have a good turn around time for delivery and for when you get the jacket serviced. Staff are friendly and very helpful when I have dealt with them in the past. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
