We have worked with James at Point.me three times for international trips and his travel knowledge and expertise has allowed us the opportunity to use our mileage points in the best possible way. We would highly recommend working with point.me. It has made all our international travels so easy to book and memorable enough to use them 3x over!

This company does exactly what they say they will do.
I chose the Concierge level service where they basically do everything for you with your input. So prior to committing they go over what you're looking for and then they tell you that they have things that may meet your specifications if so, that's when you make the commitment to go forward, I had no problem with. Contacted my email specialist and then check again with you on your specifications for what you were looking for and gets back to you very quickly with what may be available and then over the next day or two you narrow it down and they do all the booking seating and everything. So as I said, they do everything that you expect them to do.
I would recommend them as well as use them again in the future.

I’ve recommended point me often because the full service booking option is very helpful if one doesn’t know totally how to navigate the Points system. There are aspects of it that could be faster, but overall it is very efficient and useful.

I've used point.me for a few years and find it super useful in getting great deals on business class overseas flights. I recently upgraded my membership to get discounts on concierge as well as a points strategy meeting. I had a call with Shelby Little, who exceeded my expectations by a mile! She gave me great advice on building my points for my next big trip, gave me great insights into credit card point bonuses, offers and rewards. Also, she sent me all the materials that we discussed that afternoon. I now have great tools for researching cards, airline carriers and benefits tracking tools. I think the strategy session with her was excellent, and I'd highly recommend her!!

Old or fake results, not worth the money

Sarah Cash was super helpful. She was prepared and answered all of my questions. I followed her recommendation for a particular CC and enrolled in the premium membership with point.me. Great service!

James Lee was GREAT. Clear, efficient, fast, and very patient.

At first I was skeptical on whether Point.me concierge was worth it since I book reward travel for myself quite often. However, their level of expertise and masterful point usage was beyond what I could ever do! After a short phone call and some texting, our trip was booked! If I were to do all that myself it would have taken hours of research and weeks of study!

point.me was recommended to us by a friend. I was skeptical, but after speaking with Cash, I decided to go through a concierge to book a flight. James made the whole process easy and we are very excited with our choices for my first big trip. I would definitely contact point.me again for assistance.

Terrible company. I canceled my subscription months ago and they still charge me every month.

Worth every penny if you travel often. I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking for aspirational trips and this tool helps take them from a thought to reality. Plenty of growing pains/glitch point variations but still a helpful tool. I’d pay twice if I could get a calendar view similar to what United has.

If you have credit card that give you points for travel, this site is a must. It has saved me hundreds of thousands of points shopping all transfer/airline partners.
