Item not received a month from ordered. Poor customer service

Ordered from one of their ads on Facebook on the 9th March for Mother's day. As of 12th April, still not received and same automated reply.
I have ordered from social media ads several of times previously from different companies and never had this level of poor/non existent service.
AVOID!!!!!!

I'd never order again

I order an item from here, but it never arrived, I've emailed them several times, but I just keep getting the same automated answer saying, your order has been delivered, I've asked for a refund, still get the same automated answer. This site is a joke, I wouldn't advise buying from them

I purchased a hand vacuum from Poinnte…

I purchased a hand vacuum from Poinnte and the quality is extremely poor. The product does not match the description or the standard shown in their advertising.

I contacted the company to return the item and sent over 10 emails requesting return instructions, but I have received no response at all.

The lack of customer service and failure to respond is unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
