Great Customer service
DPD had an issue with and lost my delivery. Upon me contacting Podsalt, they were on it and a replacement order arrived less than 24 hours later. The matter was resolved politely, efficiently providing a great level of customer service.

Ho comprato questa mattina una Podsalt go 600, gusto WATERMELON BREEZ appena aperta sono andata a tirare e ha un sapore di bruciato, una cosa orribile!! Ho buttato la sigaretta e anche i soldi in questo caso, prima e ultima volta!!!

The best customer service experience
I don’t normally write reviews but had to for this. I had an issue with a product I brought in store and reached out to their customer service team. They were extremely helpful friendly and went above and beyond to reconcile the issue with a replacement and a gift. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered and thoroughly enjoyable products. A big shoutout to Emily on the sales team I hope your team sees this and responds positively. Many thanks. I still haven't received my delivery
I still haven't received my delivery, due to an "unexpected issue in my area." The same thing happened last time. The product was great, but the delivery company haven't delivered it (again.)
