I had ordered an exercise bike that turned out not to be what I needed. Joe from Podium was very understanding in facilitating a return despite it not being within the 14 day return period. Very responsive to my emails in how best to make the return and generally very helpful. It is always good to deal with a firm that values its customers and looks to deal with them in a fair manner.

Have used this store several times for clothing - shoes and cycling accessories. After purchasing a pair of New Balance shoes l returned home to find these shoes were simply too tight for my tender feet. Returned to to store unmarked for a full refund without question.
Great service and will return again.

Podium is one of the best sports shops I've ever been to, especially for bikes. They are helpful and provide excellent service and value for money. Their ranges on sports I play like cricket and table tennis are limited but for all round sports apparel and bikes they are great. I highly recommend this company. Paul Murphy, Belfast

Great customer service. Jason fixed a broken spoke the same day so as I could get back out on the road to enjoy the good weather. I have always found the guys very knowledgeable and their work of a high standard.

I have been there on two separate occodaions and both occasions the staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go there my problem is solved in the most stress free way. It’s out of the way for me compared to local bike shops but due to the excellent customer service and knowledgable staff this will now be my go-to bike shop for the future. Incredibly happy, incredibly satisfied. 10/10

Rude. I waited at the counter. This fella appears and says ‘alright’ but not in a nice Belfast way. Looked like his face might crack if he smiled. There was no ‘can I help you?’, so I said ‘hi. I’m looking for a skipping rope’. ‘What do you want it for?’, in a dismissive aggressive way. ‘Just skipping’. You get the idea, it went on like that. He offered me a luminous green wire and didn’t appreciate my lack of interest in it. Won’t be back.

Adam is knowledgeable and helpful, so much so that Podium will be my goto for bikes and sports kit.

Called in earlier to sort out a problem with my touring bike. Brilliant customer service again from Justin. Each time I call into Podium whether its Justin, Adam or Callum I am met with friendly, highly efficient service from very knowledgeable guys - thank you!

I was recently in the market for a new bicycle and to get back into cycling. Tried a few cycle shops and most were only interested in club riders and road bikes, and generally didn't appear all that helpful.

Tried Podium 4 Sport and found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and with a great range of bikes. They let me test a few sizes and types of bikes around the large carpark to make sure I was happy with my choice yet didn't pressurise for a sale.

I returned a few days later and bought a bike and some kit to go with it. Now my first choice for bikes and bike kit. They have a great range for other sports and leisure too.

I enjoy visiting this store. Staff at Podium are always very helpful and pleasant. Massive range of sporting goods.

After an absolutely woeful experience with House of Fraser and their disgrace of an owner I’m pleased to say that Podium4Sport Belfast have restored my faith in humanity. Whilst HOF have taken 8 days (and counting!) to refund me for equipment not in stock (yet advertised on their site!) Podium had fitness equipment out to me in last minute dash within hours of ordering. Mike Ashley and your cowboy outfit, a supposed ‘big brand company’, hang your heads on shame. And more importantly REFUND MY MONEY you money grabbing gangster.
