Great service, both on line and at the shop in Keswick. We ordered the wrong sized item, we emailed to ask if we could return via their shop, yes was the answer and two different sizes were made available. Our dog was fitted by a lovely member of staff and our dog Poppy now has the perfect fitting hurtta mud adventure coat . Fully recommend Podgy Paws (on line and shop) 10/10 👍😃

We received prompt communication at the time of ordering and once it had been dispatched. We've had no issues at all and the water just beads off the raincoat, so our pooch's body remains entirely dry & I'm sure it will last many many years to come & won't fall apart after a year & ½ like the old cheaper alternative we had before. I ordered a Ezydog lead, it had to be grey to match his collar and harness. Pody Paws had the colour and a good price.
They also delivered quicker than said which was great.
