Visited in June and bought a new harness for our whippet. Really attentive and knowledgeable service with good stocks of product held. Nothing too much trouble even though the shop was very busy. We were served by Ashley who was great!

I've only given Podgy Paws 5 stars because I can't give them 6 stars. Visited them today and Ashlea spent a long time helping us out with questions we had. She was very helpful and was a credit to this business. They have a good range of products and lots of experience and help on offer. We will be returning but next time with our hopefully not so podgy pooches to get them fitted out.

UNFORTUNATELY the owner was off and the lady that came to serve us was rude dismissive and didn't understand her stock. she tried to tell me the harnesses were only for bully dogs...This is not true and when I showed her the stock in the shop. she stood with arms crossed and was dismissive .
the owner DID call me as soon as I emailed her about the problem And was VERY APOLOGETIC . she even rang back later to ask us to meet her. but we had moved on to another place. WELL DONE FOR PERSONALLY CALLING ME! This was great CUSTOMER SERVICE after her employee ruined my visit.

I was looking for a pair of premium dog goggles, and their site was the only one in the UK who had them! Not only that they had the goggles, but also a wide variety of lenses for them. Extremely pleased with that, the site is easy to use, and the delivery was prompt and fast. Extremely satisfied with the experience. We always use Podgy Paws, the shop and their online shop for the Dog Copenhagen harnesses. Podgy Paws online shop was easy to use, super efficient, the item received was packaged in recycled paper and came via Royal Mail. We didn’t this time but have had to return items due to the wrong size, our measurements were out, in the past. There were no quibbles and items were easy to return. We will be back on our next visit to the Lake District or online if needed earlier. Thank you Podgypaws team & Billy.

We got this for our new puppy so we can carry him around until fully vaccinated and old enough for longer walks. We called prior to ordering and the member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy and a speedy delivery too. We opted for a booster block which fits snugly in the bottom of the rucksack. The one criticism we have is there is no pocket to store anything. We didn’t want the rucksack with the detachable rucksack as it looked too bulky so a simple pocket on the back of the rucksack would have been perfect

Quicker delivery than expected - beat the earliest date by a day. Which meant I had the weekend to get my puppy used to the new rucksack
