I had a question about something I could not for the life of me figure out so I asked Podbean and received an answer the same day with simple instructions and it worked. It was nice to get an answer efficiently and quickly from a big company. I Love it!

I’ve been using podbean more than a year, and find it moderately easy to use. I consider myself less than proficient with most technology, but am able to produce my podcast each week with no surprises. I’ve used other providers before, but find this one simple to use.

Prompt and great communication. The feature I am looking for is not yet available but they answered me quickly and took my feedback. Hopefully they will offer the feature I want soon.

Any time I have an issue their human at a support desk responds immediately. Happy to keep opening my pods here.

Great customer service from Podbean. I was having a tech issue-- I sent a quick email to their customer support describing my situation and received a message back with instructions on how to "fix" my problem in less than an hour. Needless to say, I was impressed. Overall, I've had a good podcasting experience with Podbean. I'm pretty new to this, and they make it simple for us.

I got a note from my management team that I may need to migrate my podcast to a platform that could do monthly billing (my current one does not) but I didn't know what that looked like or how it would work, so I reached out to Podbean and asked that question and within minutes had received an answer with a link and instructions on how to go about doing that seamlessly! I got a couple of follow-up emails inquiring if my question had been adequately resolved and every interaction was prompt, courteous and super helpful. I haven't made the jump yet (the behind the scenes accounting discussions are ongoing at the time of the writing of this review), but if it turns out that I have to migrate - I will definitely be coming to Podbean!

There was a change I needed to make to my account. When I input the new information, there was a typo. I couldn’t fix it from my end so I emailed Support. they were quickly and easily able to resolve my issue quickly. I appreciate their fast response and quick fix.

Podbean is not only easy and straightforward to work with on a daily basis, but its learning sections and support team are quick, clear ,and invaluable. I feel completely confident in hosting my podcast here for a long time to come!

I am very new to this platform and I am also older…much older. In any event they have been sooooo supportive! Extremely quick! AND they type in plain English!!!! I so appreciate them! They go the extra mile!
