I was overcharged for postage
I was overcharged for postage. Package weighed 90 gr, so should have been £1.99, was charged £4.75., a big difference/

Sorry for only 4 stars
Sorry for only 4 stars - normally an excellent service, but this time we paid VAT in the UK in the purchase price of around 14 GB pounds and then got stung for 13 euros VAT to accept in France.
This was not clear when we ordered.

Parcel still not received without any explanation. Tracking not working. Very unsatisfactory, will not use plush addict in the future.
