we have been working with plus floor for a few years now as a supplier for our kitchen/bedroom company,

People should be aware that when using this company’s glue down flooring system, how quickly the suns UV rays affect the floors colouring.
We had a room fitted the pastel blank pattern and were horrified when moving furniture around how much the colour had faded after only two year, our floor now looks like a patch work quilt ☹️

Absolutely agree with Derek in April this year!!! Do not buy this product, in my opinion it is not fit for purpose. We had our whole bungalow done with the Plusfloor Elements selection. Our floors started failing within the year, lifting and separating along click lock system. Our fitter came to look and agreed that it was a problem and contacted the Supplier company. Over coming months several other sections in kitchen, hall, bedroom and lounge. Our fitter in the meantime knew of a couple of other couples complaining that their flooring was failing. Plusfloor came to see it eventually after a few months and said that it was a problem with our cold floor (even though the product is insulated) and were adamant that the product was not defective but rather that the fitting was at fault. They suggested we should have read the small print with regard to the gap allowance !! We didn’t even see the small print!! The fitter purchased the product and laid it without saying that there may be a problem.
Overall we are extremely disappointed. We haven’t been offered compensation, the floor is so bad my husband has already had to remove it in the kitchen. We are pensioners and used the last of our money to lay what we thought was an excellent product, the fitter even stated he had it all over his house. Well, if you want to spend thousands on a new floor and then a year later replace it, feel free. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN

Poor Customer Service from Plusfloors.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Plusfloors. I ordered some floor samples from them, and they never arrived. I contacted customer service to report the issue and request replacements. However, I was met with nothing but frustration and disappointment.
The customer service representative I spoke to was unhelpful and couldn't help me in any way. I was left feeling completely unsupported and frustrated. I spoke to Joseph on Monday and explained I wanted to place an order for 130m2 of flooring, and he assured me the samples would be with me by Wednesday. I followed up on Friday, and the girl on the phone said I would get a call back. I never received a call back! This is the hassle I've experienced just trying to get samples.

I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Plusfloors to think twice. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

If you are looking for a company that values its customers and provides excellent service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Purchased Formation Click LVT flooring through very experienced time-server Joiner who has fitted 4 previous floors for me in family properties using LVT, Laminate and Engineered Wood with absolutely no problems. Plusfloor product started to fail after a few weeks, lifting and separating along click lock system. Joiner attended and lifted planks along and beside run containing failed section added levelling compound and returned and re-laid planks. Over coming months several other sections in kitchen, hall and home officed have failed in similar way and I concluded that the product was not fit for purpose and contacted Plusfloor with a view to purchasing a different product and obtaining some form of recompense and/or discount. Plusfloor initially appeared adamant that the product was not defective but rather that the fitting was at fault, inferring that my fitter was not competent. They then decided that they would appoint an 'independent' fitter to assess the floor and this would cost £500 to be paid by Plusfloor if the fitter deemed the product to be defective and by me and / or my joiner if no fault was found in the product with the party found to be at fault also purchasing the replacement product at full price. So rather than reach an agreeable compromise on the cost to me to purchase replacement product from a more expensive range Plusfloor have chosen to antagonise and lose customers in my joiner as well as myself and I can only warn any potential customers to beware of this company in respect to product and aftercare
