I was really impressed by Ally's professionalism during the entire process, from the outreach to communicating progress during the rounds of interviews. I really appreciated the support and encouragement throughout the interviews as well. I am also very happy with my new company and wouldn't have found the opportunity without Ally's help.

Plus10 initially reached out to me a couple months after I'd started my work. I was clear that I wasn't looking for work, and the team was great about respecting that. They asked after my career goals, and checked in quarterly to see if I was tracking toward that. I also asked about some general career planning, and had some good discussions about what skills I might need to develop. When I was ready to make a switch, I worked with Isabella who only brought me relevant positions, was attentive to my feedback on the roles, and did a great job advocating for me. My current position is very well aligned with my short term and long term goals, and my job satisfaction has never been higher. If I were to do it over again, I'd certainly trust Plus10 to help me find the right fit again.

Melvin and his team were great partners in being able to provide us with quality candidates as we scaled our engineering team in a short amount of time.

I highly recommend Melvin and his team as they were receptive to feedback, took the time to understand, align, and carve a path forward. This made for a great partnership. As someone who has worked with multiple agencies, there are few that come close to Melvin's partnership and receptiveness to direct feedback.

Together they've helped us staff an engineering team quickly, with quality candidates, and also helped us close out some hard to fill roles (very senior IC roles - referencing big tech company level maps). Very happy to write this recommendation for them.

I had the pleasure of working with Maya Shaw during my job search and I cannot recommend them enough. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Maya took the time to understand my career goals, strengths, and preferences, and used this information to find job opportunities that were a great fit for me.

What really stood out to me was Maya's dedication to helping me negotiate my salary. They were able to secure a compensation package that exceeded my expectations, and I could not have done it without their help.

Overall, I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Maya and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new job in the tech industry. They are a true professional and a valuable asset to any job seeker.

I had a great time with Plus10 and Ally! She is an empathic highly organized person who was always available to help during the whole process. She presented me with great opportunities that fit well with my competencies and helped me navigate the interview process.

Isabella helped me land an amazing opportunity! We spoke about my skillset, found the right role for what I needed to keep growing and lined it all up.

She was also extremely helpful in gauging the right compensation level and working through some thoughts about my professional trajectory.

Highly recommend!

I have the pleasure of knowing some of the Plus10 team and can say they're some of the most supportive individuals. Whether you're looking to partner with Plus10 or an individual going through the recruitment process, I know it will be a delight for you to build a relationship. They're a group of hard working and real people who genuinely want to pair up and get to know you. Have fun working with them!
