Your representative was very clear about the process timescales etc and gave good advice, she was very polite and knowledgeable., she provided the service we expected and met all our needs, quality of the replacement covers was excellent.

Have had loose covers made and ‘loose’ is the right word. I’m not happy at all.They are really baggy on the sides and back. I made a complaint over two weeks ago and am awaiting -still- a response from the fitters.

The salesman was super helpful. There was a slight hiccup with getting my covers made, but it was quickly resolved. I am super pleased with my covers. The fit is perfect.

The collection and delivery service are excellent men were prompt polite and kept me informed when they encountered traffic problems.
I can't comment on durability of the suite as I've only had it a few weeks it looks lovely but the colour is much paler than expected. I chose the colour to match the curtains but now the curtains appear much darker and there isn't anything I can do about it. It would have been helpful to know, for comparison purposes to know the rate of commission that your sales people receive I did ask your representative but he refused to tell me
If you by a minor insurance policy you are entitled to know how much commission the seller receives and my suite cost considerably more. I know your sales person considered me to be an awkward customer when I asked him questions that apparently no one had ever asked. I also wanted to know if my deposit was safe as I had read that a couple of years ago Plumbs had gone into liquidation. £3000 is a considerable amount for new covers and cushions. I suppose I could look at Annual Report for details of commission.. Nothing wrong with transparency.

I purchased replacement covers for my sofa and easy chair and also new curtains. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from the friendly representative who measured up and fit the items. The covers and curtains are beautifully made and top quality.

We had a sofa and armchair reupholstered by the Plumbs team. From the friendly, helpful team, the choice of fabrics and the beautiful reupholstery it has been a really positive experience. We even know the names of the skilled workers who worked on our job. Not 5 star as we had a problem with thw return delivery and we are not clear who caised the issue vut in fairness to Plumbs they heard ny concerns and gave us opportunity to view our delivery before we paid the balance so exellent customer service from Plumbs.

Friendly and helpful staff made it easy at every stage of the process. The fitting was done by a very efficient guy who made it a stress free procedure! I will definitely use Plumbs again.

Excellent upholstery

From the very first phone call to the delivery and fitting of our new curtains and blind every single employee I spoke to was in every sense polite, efficient and helpful. That is not usual these days sadly. The final products delivered and fitted are excellent too. Thank you Plumbs. Ten out of ten in my opinion.

Our sofa has been transformed. I'm very impressed with the quality of material and workmanship which has resulted in a perfect fit. I'd highly recommend.

Barbara came with sample books there were so many to choose from plenty choice i enjoyed the help ideas and fabrics Barbara showed me and chose a fabric that matched in perfect with my new decor a design i would not have immediately thought of but will match in perfectly so am looking forward to seeing the finished result and am pleased they will be professionally fitted for me.
