Andrew provided an outstanding service when helping to unblock a culvert for a live stream in my garden. From the start, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to properly assess the situation and explain what needed to be done.

What really stood out was how far he went to find the right solution. It wasn’t a straightforward job, but Andrew showed real determination and problem-solving ability to get everything flowing properly again. His expert knowledge was clear throughout, and he handled the whole process with complete professionalism.

On top of that, he was genuinely kind and approachable, which made the experience even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew to anyone needing a reliable and skilled plumbing engineer.

Great service, the engineer was friendly and very skilled. We agreed a fixed price on a 2nd visit as it the toilet was too broken and he efficiently had it fixed! Would definitely come back to them

I loose money with no diagnostics but instead did what alresy I found out and charging me for callout and diagnostics £170. To actally do the diagnostic check of which component fail the subcontract plumber says he has to charge £200 per hour. So stay away

Tony was on it, knew what to do and was very kind and courteous at such a late hour. Really appreciate him getting things back up and running for the family.

Avoid. Not transparent with rates. Ridiculous charges. I don’t think the plumber they sent was qualified and definitely did not fix the issue. I will need to get someone else in to resolve my problem so this was waste of time and money.

I had a leaking radiator valve and two guys came over and said they would have to drain the heating system before fixing, which would take two to three hours, charged at a ridiculous £279 an hour! I paid the call out charge and sent them away.

Instead I called Pimlico Plumbers, paid their £130 for the first hour, and they sent someone over who fixed the valve (without draining the system) in 30 minutes.

This company is a total rip off do not call them in any way they say over the phone call out charge 69 pounds when engineer turns up they say give us your email address don't give it at all this is were they trap you . I gave the callout charge because the guy came at least, email says 249 pounds per hour depending on work which is a total rip off that's not including call out charge plz plz don't call them they are a total scam

Invoice 6036. Called this company and got told there would be a £69 call out fee and to inspect the problem and that we would then be given a quote to rectify the problem. What weight actually got was a huge bill for £440 for less the 30 minutes work and no resolution or even an indication where the problem is.

My intention is to get further advice on how to challenge this company to stop them tipping people off.

Quoted £69 call-out for a blocked drain. Job took 10 minutes — charged £225 labour (1 hour minimum) + VAT, ~£350 total.
Price and way of working is exploitative.

Very helpful and efficient. Very pleased with Tony’s work. By mistake both my wife and I paid for the job. I contacted Plumbing Immediately told them of our error and they refunded the erroneous payment within minutes. Really good service all round.
