Very Disappointed -
I purchased a throttle that did not work when installed. From the outset, I reported the issue and provided photos and video evidence showing that the throttle was non-functional. Rather than receiving a straightforward resolution, I was repeatedly directed towards discussions about compatibility, despite the company being unable to confirm whether the product was actually compatible or incompatible with my bike model.
The most frustrating aspect was being told that customers are expected to verify compatibility before purchase, while at the same time the company itself was unable to determine compatibility even after multiple email exchanges and reviewing the bike model in question.
While the company eventually agreed to assess the throttle, the process involved extensive back-and-forth correspondence, repeated requests for information, and a requirement that I pay to return the product for testing despite it being reported as faulty.
I appreciate that products sometimes need to be tested before a fault can be confirmed. However, the overall customer service experience felt unnecessarily difficult, with the burden placed on the customer at every stage rather than focusing on resolving the issue.
Do not buy from them.
