I have purchased many website themes over the years but the theme I purchased from Plugin Themes is one of the best designs and easiest to customize and manage. The only thing better is the service and support they provide. They were very quick to respond and detailed in the explanations provided. Very easy, professional and positive experience.

They have nulled themes and plugins and not activated. I bought lifetime and asked for refund when I see that the theme is not activated and not working. They said they will refund in 10 days, now they are not responding at all and 20 days are passed already.

Not happy with the result of my subscription which was lifetime subscription!

It’s been weeks asking for cancellation and refund and they don’t even reply!!

I requested a refund shortly after purchasing a lifetime membership from PluginTheme.net because the product was not what I needed.

Support initially replied and stated that they could fulfill the refund request. Since then, they have stopped responding, and I have not received confirmation that the refund was processed or credited back to my payment method.

I followed up multiple times through their support ticket system, but the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Plugin Theme as they may be scammers.

I purchased a GPL WordPress theme from this platform and discovered it contains malicious backdoor code that compromised my entire website. I deleted the code but it keeps coming back. They now have access to my website, also they have logged me out from my CPANEL. These guys are pure scammers. They dont sell clean themes.

EVERYBODY THAT HAS BOUGHT FROM THEM, GO AND RECHECK YOUR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE FILES IN YOUR DOMAIN. The theme you bought from them have backdoor access

Don't purchase any plugin or themes from plugintheme.net, all themes and plugin's are not pro there outdated on there website it clearly says all products come with licence but once you purchase you get no licence I emailed them many times no reply, total scam

The Original Incident: In 2024, this company took my payment for a 2-year subscription but never provided the service. This was a documented financial loss.

The Deception: Two years later, the company contacted me, pretending to offer a solution. After realizing there was no real intention to refund or reach an agreement, it became clear that their only goal was to exploit Trustpilot’s reporting system to have my original review deleted.

Notice to Trustpilot: My original post did not violate any Terms of Service. It was a factual account of a service failure. It is unacceptable for the platform to allow companies to use "fake outreach" as a tool to scrub their history and mislead other consumers.

I stand by my original statement: my money was never returned, and the service was never rendered. I demand my right to inform the public about this unethical behavior be respected.
