The system is great when it works, but if something goes wrong then support are really slow to respond often taking hours or even days. Then they usually reply without having looked at your situation properly, with suggestions that basically imply it's not their fault/problem. Even when you push for a resolution they rarely bother to resolve the issue so you normally have to delete everything and start again... that's assuming the server delete works, and the adding a new server works - which currently isn't for me so I'm totally stuck and waiting for 7 hours now

Ploi not only makes deploying sites and managing servers easy, it has top notch support, which makes all the difference. Yes, ServerPilot and Forge still work, but they're indifferent and faceless. Ploi are actively involved with their community, and I've never waited more than a few hours to work something out directly with a developer.

10/10 software for anyone that consider to put something online.
I have been using this for quite some time, all from smaller projects to bigger and more advanced projects. Laravel, CraftCMS, Wordpress and nodejs.
This tool is a must have for anyone that consider themselves a professional, it will save you so much time.
Before we had to provision, make ansible scripts and all the hassle, now we earn money by using Ploi.

I have yet not seen a better tool to deploy your websites as lean as ploi does it. Simply create a new server or give it a ssh connection and your server is taken care of. It gives you a lot of convenience to handle your servers while not needing to worry about them all the time. There are many little features which are simply great, such as an integration for laravel apps, easy backups or community based one click installers, game changer. I am following ploi since the early days and it has gotten better and better over time, really happy to be a customer at ploi.

Ploi is a great tool to manage your own servers. It makes deploying, optimising and monitoring a piece of cake. It goes beyond from what you expect for a regular server management tool.

You thought that was it? Ploi offers additional features such as server monitoring, providing multi tenancy endpoints, teams and various notification channel integrations and one-click apps... The list goes on. I'm surprised they can offer this much functionality for such a good price. Talking about pricing, if you're an EU customer you'll love Ploi. Billing is not restricted to creditcards, Ploi offers more than 5 payment methods. Simply, incredible.

I can certainly recommend Ploi to hobbyists, freelancers and companies.

Amazingly easy server deployments

I discovered Ploi after trying to move to a fancy cloud provider from a semi-managed product. Hours trying to work out all the cloud setup steps for creating servers, installing and configuring everything and setting up certificates and I was still having problems.

I found Ploi, imported a laravel based git repo and it was working in ~30 mins. Not just working, I had a fresh server, automatic deployments, with build steps and migrations and php-fpm reloading - plus a super clean UI to run and check things.

A few clicks later, I had another site. And when I got a bit stuck their live chat was very helpful, and pointed me in the right direction for answers.

If you're looking for something to host your sites and don't want to spend hours learning AWS acronyms and complicate setups, get ploi, point it at AWS and let it do the work. It's fantastic.

Before I used ploi I spend a lot of time deploying my applications and managing my servers. Now I can create and deploy a new website in a few clicks!

I'm using ploi.io for quite some time now and I can't imagine how I could ever live without it. I'm managing all my servers and sites with it and I'm still surprised how easy it is to setup a new server and complex sites with scheduled jobs, daemons, load balancers and so on.

Not to talk about their awesome support, I can only recommend everyone to use ploi and focus on building websites 🚀

The large feature set is amazing. They even have a mobile app now which lets you receive notifications.

There's a Discord server where you can get amazing support. In my opinion ploi is not only a product, but also a very warm community where everyone is welcome.

I've been using Ploi since 2018 and it really has simplified the way I set up and maintain my servers, sites and more.
The features available for the price beat all the competing services I've seen and they continue to add more features all the time.
The support they provide is amazing and always extremely helpful.

Ploi is one of the best server management tools i have used so far. Great support and always new updates and features.

Using Ploi for the last 6-7 months and really like it! New features can be requested via the roadmap and they are deploying those really fast. Also security related features have high priority.
