My previous review got taken down for seemingly no reason?
I gave a 4 star review saying that everything was great but that my ping was shit on their servers.
Well, now they removed my review?!?
I thought free speech was a thing but even trustpilot sided with them, a supposedly "neutral and trustworthy" company.
Terrible company, wouldnt recommend.

Your previous 4-star review was taken down as we were unable to verify it as a genuine customer experience. We didn't remove your review just because it had one problem. We replied to your original review asking you to open a ticket so we can look into and fix your ping issue, but no ticket was ever opened. After 3 days of waiting, we sent a request through Trustpilot for more information and we did not get any reply from you. The only time we heard back was after the review was taken down.
Since we provide direct 1:1 support to all of our customers, and we couldn't match your name with any account registered in our billing page, we treated it as a non-genuine review.

However an issue I did face is there was some things (nether disabling) which was not with radion hosting however this is most likely more of our issue rather than theirs. Overall I Would greatly reccomend radion hosting if you want a affordable high performing server.

Really good hosting for the price
Really good hosting for the price. Performance is solid (RAM and CPU are great) and it’s pretty cheap for its performance. Works perfectly for my Minecraft network.
I would personally recommend this hosting for any public server on a budget.
