Not only has the card been incredibly easy and seamless to use, but I recently experienced a series of fraudulent transactions- and their response was outstanding. The support team acted quickly, handled everything with clarity and efficiency, and kept me informed throughout the process. They conducted a thorough investigation, reached out to the merchant, and successfully recovered the funds.
A special thank you to Preethi and Jozef, who were exceptionally professional, responsive, and warm. Dealing with fraud can be quite stressful, but they made the entire experience feel smooth, supported, and well-managed from start to finish.
I would highly recommend using PLEO- both for its functionality and the reliability of its customer service.
Fast and Efficient Problem Solving.
Had an issue that was due to my lack of knowledge. Niels explained and sent me screenshots to help me resolve the issue quickly and easily.
Pleo support are brilliant.
We have had a security breach on our cards and no one has called us in 36hrs despite many request by email. They keep sending emails which are totally unhelpful. All I want to do is talk to someone!

After being the subject of a fraud attack, I found Jozef in the support team to be extremely helpful throughout the process.
He kept me updated throughout, and I appreciated the resolution too.
Pleo is always easy to operate and a great application to have. I am now using it for the second company I work for, and I have always liked the application.
However, this time I had a bit of a problem. A scammer started charging me for an application that I had never used or registered for. When I contacted the company that created the app, they were not helpful. They asked me to unsubscribe, but I was unable to do so because I had never subscribed in the first place. They also did not have my email in their database, so a different email must have been used. Meanwhile, £15 was being taken from my account every week.
I sent at least 30 emails to the people behind the app, but nothing happened.
I then complained to Pleo, and Jozef and Preethi were very helpful. They asked for a few documents, a form to complete, and the dates of the fraudulent transactions. After a couple of weeks, they managed to refund all the funds that had been taken. As this had been going on for 7 months, it was quite a significant sum.

Customer service is always reasonably quick, and follow-up to make sure everything is sorted before closing the case.

Pleo refused to help us investigate if refund any money. Completely rubbish and we have now found a far better expenses system.

Awful customer service
I would discourage anyone from dealing with Pleo - and this is from someone who has been a customer now for many years.
We have an ongoing fraud issue on our account - and their lack of scrutiny, response and concern is extraordinary.

No contact despite repeated contact for assistance. The App locks, doesn’t recognise my pin, freezes my credit card, I can’t get reimbursed for my expenses, no customer support available, too many ongoing
issues, and therefore I cannot recommend. There must be better expense Apps out there.

Very disappointed! They are not accepting my new application of new account for my Limited company. I need expense management tool for my clothes & apparel online business. But they are keep rejecting my new application without knowing me the reason!
