Best plumbing/heating company I have ever come across. They put british gas homecare plan to shame!

Honest and professional, safe to say I will never use British Gas again after finding Pleasant Plumbers 👍🏼

My partner and I called this company out this morning after our underfloor heating stopped working, then the hot water went as the kids were getting ready for school, so much for my stress-free WFH Friday!

After calling up and explaining the problem, a member of their team requested a Whatsapp video call to attempt to diagnose the issue remotely - he said himself this is to ensure efficiency and save time/my money when the engineer comes - I wasn't billed a penny for this, outstanding!!

Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the issue and I received a text notification to say that my engineer 'Martin' would be arriving in 19 minutes, with a live link with a lovely profile section so I knew exactly who our plumber/technician was. Better yet, I could track his live location so I knew exactly how long he was going to be - with the dread of Central London in my head.

Martin arrived dressed head to toe in Uniform and name card/lanyard. He wore shoe protectors without even asking - which I really appreciated!

Sure enough, within a couple of hours and one trip to a parts store, the entire issue was fixed and Martin was trying to think of every preventative measure under the sun, to help avoid a repeat of the issue - so thoughtful and genuine.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Brilliant company with great people working for them.

After finding them on Google, it took less than 40 minutes from my initial call to the engineer turning up. Very professional, smart uniform and the name badges on the lanyards are a small but nice touch. I'm sure many women who run a single household will agree, it can be daunting ringing a tradesman/company and having them in your home. They completely eradicated any fear/apprenhension I had - from start to finish Barry was nothing but courteous and professional. I wish I had found them sooner.

Really good service. You pay for quality and I have never seen such enthusiasm and positivity from an engineer as Alex, who came to install our new boiler yesterday. Much needed to increase efficiency and hopefully lower our bills in the winter months.

Pricing was fair, and they left the area clean. Slight delay in communication, but overall, a reliable choice for plumbing needs. Would definitely use their services again.

Very reliable plumbing and heating company.

They have managed our entire portfolio since an emergency leak fix at one of our properties in Knightsbridge.

In such a time of need, never have my team I and been able to rely on a company like with Pleasant. Their use of technology is phenomenal, we were provided with our own direct line, as soon as it connects, the lovely customer service team know straight away who we are, they know our properties and had them surveyed to be able to pinpoint straightaway when and where the issue is. We have had to call them out around 4 times in the first quarter of this year and every single time, they deliver. The first 3 times we had the same engineer and the 4th occasion was a different chap named Joe. Both expertly diagnosed each respective issue in minutes. They keep our plumbing and heating running like clockwork.

Very professional service, the engineer was excellent, took real care in our home with his tool mats to protect our surfaces, a real nice touch.

Needed a bathroom leak sorted that was causing damage to my kitchen sealing and these came next day and found the cause of the leak and fixed it at a competitive price. 100% recommend them for any issues with your plumbing!!

Needed a plumber as I had a leak coming from the sink which I couldn’t locate, called these guys up after a friend told me about them. They turned up on time, and done the job really quick, could have easily dragged it out to be a couple of hours but got the job done for a really good price as well! Pleasant lads, will highly recommend to anyone :)
