Won a small amount, £150 and withdrew part of it.{£100}. Forfeited the bonus, fair enough. Then received an email saying that my account was under review and I wouldn't receive any promos or bonuses from them or associated sites in future and could not open accounts with any of them with immediate effect. Seems you are not welcome if you are lucky enough to win. Unpleasant experience and I would not recommend. There are much more welcoming sites out there and I wouldn't bother with this site which obviously is a sore loser!!

While waiting for my £11,000 withdrawal, I spent another £5,000.They ask for my bank statement and proof of address. I send them everything they asked for. What do I get in return? An email saying my account has been closed and my money confiscated! Are you kidding me? Is this some kind of sick joke? I've thrown away £15,000, and now they're trying to steal my £11,000 winnings. This is daylight robbery! They blatantly stole my money, all while reassuring me that I’d be paid, just to tempt me to play more.

I too played at this site about 6 weeks back and didn't get paid.
They sent me email saying my bank santander had refused the withdrawals, they then asked for several months bank statements then ignored me for over a month after I sent them blocking my account and refusing to pay my £870.
