This site has positives and negatives. A lot of pop up adds to get to a game and when maneuvering the site. Also, what others have said is true: In the middle of a hand a pop up ad takes up the entire screen and you can't play your hand until you make it go away - all the while, your time is running out. Sometimes you lose chips because of this - I did . Site moderators told me this was impossible and never happens. I used screen recording software and sent them the video, as requested. At first, they said they couldn't get the video from the email - which could be true as it's a security risk. They then asked me to post it on youtube. I did that. They claimed they couldn't see it. I posted it to an online video sharing site - legit, not pr0n. I never heard back from them. I also caught their software in numerous errors playing blackjack. Again, I was told they checked their logs and there was no evidence of anything amiss. So, again, I used screen recording software and recorded exactly what I told them was happening. At this point, I was pissed. I told them they had been lying to me for months and simply did not want to admit or even consider that they had problems. The problem with blackjack was cards on the screen did not always add up to what they should have. Finally, they acknowledged this was true - I had the video and the jpegs what else could they do? They gave me a relatively small amount of chips by way of compensation and seemed to admit that previous issues I complained about were, in fact, happening. It's been a couple weeks and the software glitch persists. I don't expect these people to fix anything. Also, check out the lawsuit from the attorney general for the state of Washington, filed this year. ALSO: I read someone say the site doesn't admit it has dummy players (i.e. bots). This isn't so. Playtika clearly admits this in their Terms of Service. People should do their homework. This is what it says: "Bots. Playtika may offer features in some of our Games which use bots to enhance your gaming experience, for example when playing in a group." I admit using bots which sometimes take your chips and calling it a "feature" is pretty ballsy. One last thing: On poker tables, I think the rake is something north of 10%. Which, if true, is comically high. Yes, they are in business to sell you virtual poker chips which you cannot redeem for anything but other virtual stuff on their site. But a 10%+ rake is crazy.

it is so rigged and unrealistic.
After playing for 2 years, i never paid as much attention as I have this past week.
I was playing 4 million buy in for Texas Hold em, i counted 9 hands in a row of both cards not being a face card. Mathematically impossible. I could tell more stories but...its a scam....dont buy chips

Scam ..application is nothing more than a fraud. Do not buy chips. Scammers designed this game for you to buy chips. Rigged 100000% crooks

The most rigged poker game online in history. Many of my friends finally uninstallled it. Its getting worse everyday. Didnt even deserves 1 star. Dont install this rigged game

Loved the game but was a horrible experience. I had $130 taken from my bank account by Playtika, and they have refused to refund it. Stay away…

This app is nothing but pop-up ads and manipulated hands. You have to close 8-10 pop up ads just to get to the game, in which every hand you fold hits big. I’m a regular poker player, and have never seen the staggering odds at which bad hands hit when folded, or good when played. It’s a bad attempt at in-app purchasing that ruins the poker experience for any experienced players.

Also, it won’t allow legitimate reviews through the App Store, despite ownership of the app for a decade. It says you don’t own the app and refuses negative reviews.

Not only should TrustPilot be reviewed, but their completely compromised relationship with the App Store be reviewed. It was the App Store that didn’t let this review be submitted in the first place.

Expect both criticisms to be removed. Hopefully someone screen-shots this beforehand.

This site is rigged!! I go all in in pre flop a money tournament I have poker 10s the guy has 9, 5 off suit, he flops 2 pair and catches a 9 on the turn wtf!!!

Garbage fraudulent app. Use it and see for yourself. Statistical and mathematical impossibilities happen so frequently im shocked google play still allows this app. Almost all 4-5 star reviews on playstore are fraudulent too FYI.

Sempre que saio das mesas eu confirmo os valores em bolsa. Descontam as fichas que apostamos. Estranhamente assim que volto para o menu principal, retiram imensas fichas. Já reclamei mas insistem que as fichas estão bem. Não estao! Nem mesmo a latencia do servidor. Eu jogo pokerstars e nunca vi tal. Depois respondem que o jogo é para diversão. Lol, até arranjo um clam; venham divertir-se com batota.

I know for a fact this game is not random dealing or anything random for that matter. How does the game know what I'm already going to win if the wheel has not stop spinning yet?

Fun app I play everyday but there are problems in the middle of playing hand there are pop ups the will not let you exit out so you end up having to exit the entire app and forfeit all of your winning. The pop up are from the app requesting that you buy chip using real money which is odd because you can not win real money. If the pop up stop I would really enjoy playing

It's not poker, it's a simulated card game that uses poker rules. Easily the worst algorithm for online poker sites. It's not "rigged" like people think, instead it is set loose so the normal odds and percentages are thrown out the window. If you have a 90% chance of winning a hand after the turn, on wsop it's more like 66%. They don't care who loses as long as someone loses and loses big. They know human behavior and know that the typical "gambler addict" type will try to go even bigger after getting beat, especially bad beats. This isn't poker and all these tools that try to say "they would never take that chance" are clueless to what these apps can get away with and still be within "regulations", especially now with the inception of A.I.

I’ve posted a few reviews of how atrocious this app is yet, I play to work on my patience. Just played a hand where a Royal Flush beat the lower Straight Flush. Odds over 1:7,000,000.000. That should tell you everything you need to know about the legitimacy, or lack there of, this app.

I just lost 4 billion credits playing 2 different types of games. Dealer gets a flush 4 times in a row? Then gets higher pair 4 times in a row... BS not even in Vegas does that happen. Seems you get a lot of credits and the computer Dealer always beats your hard.

This game is unbelievably crooked..Beware!....Do not waste your time or any money..there is no value and no real progression in this game unless of course you want to spend spend spend..thats not skill, and is no fun..just prays on addiction..shame on you.
