Well for starters they have a couple really cool games that gets your attention and keep it and i want to believe that they have good intentions for theost part. They pay well only problems I can find are the have very poor customer service. They take way way to long to pay people but they do pay eventually.

So I really liked Mobius app but my first $10 cash out took a little while to be approved and they said because they're small team it sometimes takes while apologize so I gave him the benefit of the doubt until I got to my $25 cash out which I've been waiting for over a month on now versus he had to wait 5 days to go through that was over like the beginning of April and March, they really need to do better I mean I like the app but I'm not going I haven't played on it for like a month because of this.

I started with this game reward app less than 6 months ago. Within 3 days I had earned my 1st payout of 15$ Verified myself and submitted my ID. Pending time started at about 3 days.(Ist time winning & w/d. It didn't release when timer ran out so I reached out to Customer service. It issued a trouble ticket...and THAT took 2 extra days to release it. So I took a break from playing just for a few weeks. Finally after a week of waiting....I got it. (Tremendous via Venmo).
Found some other games in the app and earned another payout.Had to verify Me & ID again. Submitted this on the 9th April 2026.
And of all the Game Play Reward Apps out here, the SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN🤯
I give up. It's NOT worth all that time playing a few times a day, when you CAN'T GET PAID😳
...reading others reviews and realizing I'm not alone. So the average time to cashout is approx 2 weeks to a month. Ok. I saw that Mobius is listed as a business and country given is Israel. 😳 Good-ness....They are probably unable to actually log on to help with General Tickets. Not gonna stress...and just hope the best for Mobius Team👍

I didn't not get credited 290.07 dollars for completing some quests
Mobius is gaslighting and dosent want to credit money into my account for quests ive in a game completed. Ive contacted support and they told me they would look into it deeply. But as I sadly expected, I got the same word for word, which in my opinion, "AI" response saying that "approved my cash out." I wasn't even writing a ticket about problems cashing out. I wanted Mobius to pay me and credit 290.07 dollars into my account, but no, of course they wouldn't due to them ultimately gaslighting me. Overall, I contacted them 3 times in total and they closed each of my 3 tickets saying it was resolved even though it wasn't!!!

Every time I try to cashout it takes 4 days to be approved. But then Everytime I try to claim the money it says it needs to be approved again and it takes days for that to happen. And then yesterday the support agent told me that my account is limited access because they thought there was fraudulent activity on my account. When I literally just got the phone the day before I created the account. I'm so pissed and I still have $45 on there they won't let me get. And I've verified myself with my ID and selfie and still dealing with this!!

This company makes it as hard as possible to redeem! No one has a week and half sometimes to play wait indefinitely as sometimes what lead people to these sites is desperation! Second redeem going on 3 weeks now still pending review for $35 redeem indefinitely as it's long past the possible 15 day at most mark and getting in touch with any resemblance of customer service is impossible as there is next to non other than an automated bot chat! 2/10 stars if could as I did get the initial $10 redeem eventually!

No payout, play and wait for weeks before banning account
I had a payout pending for weeks, had to open a support ticket that took going through hoops to open because it first leads you to a AI chat bot, and then they had me attempt to verify with my face and ID which I did. However, it claimed my account was suspicious and banned my account. This app is an complete scam and I have spent many hours playing for absolutely 0 payout. Beware of this app.
April 13 2026 Edit: I have been in contact with your email support with the email for my account, and signed with the same name as this review. The support team there says there is no way to unban my account and simply says they can attempt to reset the verification if I think that will do anything. You are correct this is a horrible situation and it is ridiculous that you operate your app this way.

Just like everyone else, my first cash out for 10$ finished the original countdown timer almost a week ago, yet it still just says "waiting for approval" so I am giving this app 1 star unless something changes soon, and then I will change my review from 1 star to 5 stars, but as of now, this app is looking like a total scam!

5 star for mobius from me...I waited 30 days for payment but it was my bad I did not follow up with an email...bc I was so frustrated with Richie games ( who does not pay )..sent an email and next day they replied explain how they are a very small company with thousands of emails and payment to go through...apologized and instantly sent me my payment ..I completely understand where they are coming from.

Same problems here as everyone else
Same problems here as everyone else, first cash out got approved on time, but then my second cash out for 35$ has been saying still waiting for approval for way longer than the original countdown approval date. If my cash out gets approved soon I will change my review to 5 stars, but as of now it's 1 star!

Falsely Banned After Spending Money – No Help, No Accountability.
I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Mobius Gaming. This has been one of the most frustrating and unfair experiences I’ve had with any app, especially one that involves spending real money.
My account was suddenly banned for “accessing from a non-supported country” — which makes absolutely no sense because I live in the United States, and the app itself clearly states it is intended for U.S. users. I have not traveled, used any VPN, or done anything that would justify this claim.
What makes this even worse is the timing: this happened after I had already spent money in the app, which feels extremely suspicious and honestly predatory.
When I reached out for help, the experience somehow got even worse:
Their in-app AI support admitted the situation didn’t make sense and said they would escalate it with a ticket.
But their email support completely contradicted that, insisting I was not in the U.S. and refusing to do anything about it — no investigation, no fix, and no compensation.
So basically, one side of their support acknowledges the issue, while the other shuts you down with a copy-paste response and leaves you stuck.
This is unacceptable for any company handling user accounts and money. There’s no accountability, no consistency, and no real support when something goes wrong.
Between the false ban, the loss of money, and the completely useless customer service, this app feels like a scam disguised as a rewards platform.
Save your time and your money — do not use this app.

Just because I had a game downloaded it banned me for suspicious activity and said I had to lose my rewards and start over!!! That's a bunch of crap!!!
It just a waste of time you play for…
It just a waste of time you play for hours to make it to cash out you wait 5 days just for it to be reviewed and then it's say waiting for approval. You filed a ticket and still nothing.
