Withdrawals are taking an unreasonable amount of time. I have been waiting for my payout for a long period now and there is still no clear information about when it will be processed. what worries me the most is the complete lack of communication. I tried contacting support multiple times through Discord and email, and I have not received any response for more than a month.when a company handles users’ money, this kind of silence is very alarming at this point it honestly gives the impression that something is wrong behind the scenes.

It was okay service until they kept having delays on payouts and tickets ignored and delayed too.
They even cover the fact they hidden some crucial info back then during site reconstruction that was missing with a simple response with a free premium on my account. My recent ticket took from October 2024 to November 2025 to get an response. Wich is how they threat customers. There is no activity of support team whatsoever anymore, everything is falling apart and yet they still try to hide the fact.

I will switch to another service. It's unfortnuate to see that the only development on PlayerLands in the last 3 years has been backwards. I am frustrated and really disappointed with the non existent service here. The whole team seems unmotivated. It seems like your team lost all motivation to be a good competitor to Tebex. Hope that changes but I don't see any potential of it changing anytime soon.
