3. people were pleasant.
4. people didn't complain if I tried to help or didn't help.
5. I got an armor piece I could use. Wish the armor piece was the one I needed most or a pick of a couple.

Repeat customer!
The scheduling is easy and the customer support people are fantastic. The runs are smooth. The leads tell you if they need you to something special during the fights, or mechanics you need to avoid. This is the best service out there.

Not worth the price anymore
Recently the raid runs have been terrible, Group dies multiple times on bosses making the raid take almost 2 hours sometimes, The price is still higher than it should be a month into the new season, And every raid this season there's 7-8 cloth wearer's (Myself Included) and maybe 1-3 Plate, Mail and Leather wearer's maybe my ability to get gear next to impossible, I've run 3 Raids in a row that equals 24 bosses (8 Each Raid) and I haven't gotten one piece of gear in all 3 runs, Absolutely unacceptable, Get better and more efficient raid group and start evenly bringing people to raid group like 4 Cloth, Mail, Plate and Leather wearers to make the gear easier to get for each gear wearer not 70-80% of the raid being cloth wearers and screwing players over

As I said several times and stop texting me you failed horribly I paid 110 dollars for heroic and you put what 90% of the loot on reserve and didn’t say a word do you think for a sec I would have paid that with no chance for gear or more correct little chance for the three pieces I rolled on no I will never hired you agsin
