I tried the trial with them and the server was running realy smoothly, the panel was very pleasant to use, the installation was fast and the reboots as well.
Nothing bad to say. You just get to play on your server without worries.
Special mention to the support. Very friendly and fast replies

whenever i need an ark host i already know where to rent. I've rented at playark today for over 2 years. the price is good and the support even better

I really love this host, it was very easy and straightforward to use mods and change the game.ini settings.

Prices are excellent, support is fast and polite. Their user interface is much simpler and intuitive than so many other hosts.

Server restarts were very fast, and the mod list and configuration access was simple to use.

One of the best out there. I was playing with a few friends of mine and they all seemed to find connecting really easy compared to the two other services we tried. Sadly we quit playing because of the game itself. Never had a problem out of the server.

We have had this service for the better part of 9 months maybe longer. The customer support is spotty and very iffy they answer questions with the obvious thing you already tried like.. my server refuses to start.. and they reply. "I see it is off try turning it on" after this is the 19th time the server did this and refused to start.. and several other things. They were cheap so we went with them. The actual performance was fine and barely had any issues but if you need customer service good ole S***ey is there to "not" help.. We have moved our service after this last failed communication. 32$ a month to a new provider of hopefully better quality. ( 2 ark servers)----
*update to add to reply only- We had the service and many any times we had to contact you for the same issue and no it was NOT for lack of communication on our part because it was the same issue every time. server refused to start. And we told you several times we were going to leave because of bad service. so do not make it out to be the customer at fault. service is cancelled and will tell everyone how terrible you are.

i find the servers and service of playark great, i didnt have much issue`s along the way and the trouble i did find were answered quickly by there support, these servers are very easy to setup and you gain aloth of access to your server to adjust it the way you want it to. i really recommend playark to everybody!

Reviews must be fake. Been needing help from them they say they have 24/7 support sent them a email 3 day ago wanting a refund still have not got back.

Best ark server i could find, especially in modded servers.
They give as much ram as you need for the same price. The helpdesk/customer support is fast and very helpfull they actually understand what you are asking as wel as very open about what they can and can not do.
Overall my experience was very good and the server ran great!

Only thing that they dont support is scheduled updates for mods. Only for game updates

Setup was very easy and the server running almost instantly. The dashboard is clean and makes it very easy to change the settings of the server. It's not just an .ini you have to change, but instead all the settings are explained and easy to manage. Adding mods is just one click and makes it also very user friendly.

Even with a higher price I would be very happy with the service provided. I have to say I was very sceptical, especially with the low fee in regards of the amount of slots you get. It sounded almost too good to be true. But now I'm very glad I gave them a try and will recommend them to other people without a doubt.

Service has been quick with playark.today when a gamer wants to game they really don't tolerate a wait. This service is set up and running within minutes and servers never experienced lag even when cranking up gathering rates and mass collecting resources on the backs of an anklyo army. When I had questions they were quick to respond via email (way quicker than other service providers I've used in the past).

Great service provider and one I'll do business with for a long period of time.

A really good company that provides quality hosting for a cheap and affordable price compared to other supposedly better companies. I pay for 100 slots for the price of 20 slots in some other providers that i have used before

love playark it is super easy to set up and use adding mods is easy too.

Blatant lie on the very first web page you view. They advertise 24/7 support. Even when you click the contact button at any time of the week, it says they are not available to chat. They also have yet to respond to my email sent to them over a week ago about my server I purchased from them. The server also is very poor quality as increasing certain settings will create so much lag for those who play as to not even be worth the price. No options to upgrade server quality either.

Glad I tried this rental. After reviewing a lot of rental server companies and trying a few, I gave PLAYARK.TODAY a try. Their interface is very good, the basic and enhanced settings can be set through easy custom interface and there is a good built in editor for the game.ini and gameusersettings.ini files. I can also get to all of the files through FTP to do deeps modifications or to pull a copy of the ARK to my PC. I love the Mod interface with full steam searches, graphical images, one click install, and an easy mod manager function.
I wanted to use the "Total conversion DLC Primitive Plus" but did not see a way to set it up. I put in a ticket and received an initial response in a few hours, I gave more explanations and within about 24 hours they had made the needed modifications to the interface to allow me to select "Primitive Plus" DLC total conversion just like a regular mod and it works great.
This is my fifth server that I have run through four different rental companies and I have to say this is the best combination of deep access with user friendly interface and even great service response on tickets.

My Ark Evolved family moved our Ark Server over to Playark. Not only is it exceptional value, but the performance has been very good. The few times I had a question to ask, they were very prompt to answer. Thank you Playark for an amazing value and service.
