I had purchase a ticket as a gift and…
I had purchase a ticket as a gift and accidentally I put my name instead of the attendee. It was an expensive ticket and I started to panic, however, upon contacting the customer support on what app and after followed their instructions the issue was resolved and I was relieved and amazed by their prompt response and ability to resolve the issue. It is my first time using the app but I assure you it won't be the last ! Thank you platinum ticket

Great with one caveat
The booking process and seating chart were great.
I would have liked the tickets to also have VIP on them. I didn't know I had VIP line access at the event because it wasn't stated on the ticket.

I booked Jannat Dilmun/Lost Paradise water ticket but unfortunately couldn't get visa to Bahrain in due time. The team first rescheduled my tickets and then when i requested refunded also. Amazing support.

Worst customer service experience.
They charge an additional fee for their so-called Refund Guarantee when purchasing a ticket, but when you actually request a refund—even with valid reasons and supporting documents—they decline the request.
