My driver mahammad akubakah was at the airport on time to pick us up, the journey back home went smoothly and i can always rely on platinum transfers to be reliable and on time, they are very friendly and helpful
Excelente conductor, muy amable, el vehiculo impecable, puntualidad , super recomendable.
Professional service throughout the journey. I highly recommend.
The driver was timely arriving to pick me up. He was considerate ensuring air conditioning was on due to heat wave. On the way to Southampton he asked if we needed to stop for any services. He was a very good driver careful and always signaled when he made lane changes. I have driven with many car services and this one of the top experienced.
Excellent service, our flight was nearly an hour delay & was unable to contact Platinum so a bit worried but everything fine & driver Jamie arrived at pick up as we did
Thank you
The driver on time. The car was clean and he was polite and helpful. Overall we are very pleased.
Svar fra Platinum airport transfer Heathrow
Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re pleased to hear the driver was on time and that you found the car clean and the service helpful. We look forward to serving you again.
Excellent pick up at Heathrow. Fast and reliable.
Picked up on time in Heathrow going to Southampton. There were 11 of us so we had a car and an 8 seater. Unfortunately, there were no car seats for the babies at Heathrow. The driver apologised for the error and car seats were available for our return journey. Drivers were polite, punctual and helped with all the luggage. I will use this company again.
Great service. Notifications kept us updated with driver arrival. The driver was very professional and polite. Helped with our bags too. I would recommend to a friend to us this service.
This is the 3rd time I'll be using airport taxi transfers site to book my airport transportation. They have always been quick to respond to any changes, helpful, polite, efficient, on time, comfortable cars, and best prices. Highly recommend
I recently used Platinum Airport Transfer for my trip to the airport and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, their team was professional and friendly, making sure that all my needs were met and that my travel experience was stress-free. The driver arrived on time and was courteous throughout the entire trip, making it a comfortable ride. The vehicle was clean and spacious too, allowing for a relaxing journey. Overall, I highly recommend Platinum Airport Transfer for anyone in need of reliable and comfortable airport transportation. Five stars for sure!
I'm delighted to share my positive experience with Platinum Airport Transfer. Their service was exceptional, and I was impressed by the clean and comfortable car provided. Despite my flight and baggage delays, the driver waited patiently without any issues. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Without a doubt, whenever I am in London, I will choose Platinum Airport Transfer for their reliable and outstanding service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of transportation in London.
Great journey, good communication. Was Very Impressed and such a friendly driver. Thank You
I had a terrible experience after using this service for my clients at Heathrow, I booked via AirportTaxiTransfers and the car service used for my clients reservation was Platinum Airport Transfers. The dispatcher named Soraz or something similar called my client as soon as they landed demanding waiting time money from him. The flight was delayed by 1hr, the service did not track the flight despite having the flight information. The dispatcher hung up after being asked as to what airport service doesn’t track flights, was rude and unprofessional to my client, later on my client was sent an automated text regarding the the drivers info so when my my client came out into arrivals within 30mins of landing the driver was a no show, when the driver was called he said “you didn’t show up when you said so I’m gone” when asked why he didn’t track the flight he said speak to the office and hung up. My client ended up taking a black cab home. You will just be left embarrassed using a terrible service like this.
Excellent service.
Very polite driver.
Arrived even before time.
Clean comfortable car.
Was amazing experience
"Very reliable and on time, would highly recommend them."
