Plati Market is a platform where sellers promise instant service delivery on the product page, but in reality, they only start processing your order after you manually message them. This happened with my order 277165392. If the service is no longer needed by that time, they will only issue a partial refund because the platform's service fee is non-refundable.
Furthermore, you cannot leave a review for the seller after getting a refund, as the system falsely assumes you have no further complaints.
Their customer support is completely useless and always sides with the seller. If you try to warn others about your negative experience in other feedback sections, they will simply ban your account and freeze your remaining balance. I wasn't even able to withdraw my money properly — they forced me to use a virtual payment card instead. I had about $3 left on my balance, which is now locked. They can keep that money, but they fully deserve this 1-star rating.
Avoid this platform at all costs! They do not care about buyers.

Purchase an account not received it . after struggling with seller he refunded the money but website issued me 20% on money I spent and when I asked support they said it was fees. Avoid this. Even when you scammed you have to ask support from scammers!

Got scammed twice, bought from 2 sellers capcut pro and they both gave me a non-pro account and claimed that it's pro, order 282858672 and 280426522

Вывод: работать здесь — значит брать на себя все риски системы, которая даже не скрывает, что стоит на стороне покупателя при любом раскладе. Сами решайте, нужно вам такое или нет.

Even if the buyer is fully at fault — ignores messages, refuses to communicate, violates the process, or simply disappears — all it takes is for them to contact Digiseller support, and the seller gets punished.

The system works bluntly:
• the buyer ignores you →
• doesn’t provide required info →
• doesn’t respond at all →
• then files a complaint →
and the seller is forced to issue a refund,
plus pay an additional fee, despite having zero fault.

Digiseller doesn’t investigate the situation — their response essentially comes down to: “we don’t care, handle it yourself.”

Bottom line: being a seller here means carrying all the risks while the buyer gets full protection, regardless of their behavior. Decide for yourself if this environment is acceptable.

My experience with over 100 purchases sinse 2020 suggests that the majority of sellers on this platform are reliable.

However, the current situation with purchasing an Xbox code, which turned out to have been already used upon activation, coupled with an ongoing dispute with the seller and the platform administration's non-interference, leaves me no choice but to give a poor rating to this digital goods marketplace.

I want to share my experience with the Plati.market platform. My case clearly shows that their review and buyer-protection system does not, in practice, perform the functions it claims.

I purchased a digital product that I needed urgently. The seller promised technical support for the entire subscription period, but for two days he completely ignored my messages — even though I could see he was online and reading them. During those two days I lost time, not money, and the product became useless to me. It was impossible to use it without the seller’s involvement: a confirmation code required for access could only come from him. When it became clear that the seller was not going to fulfill his obligations, I wrote an honest review briefly and tactfully describing what happened. My review was removed automatically. The transaction was canceled, and, according to support, “refund = transaction terminated.”

I was told that “the review function is intended to resolve issues with buyers” and that “reviews are attached to the product, not the seller.” However, I examined Plati.market’s official rules and found nothing that supports their position.

On the contrary, the “What to do if you were deceived” section explicitly states: “If you believe the product you received does not match the description, leave a negative review with a ‘bad’ rating. If the seller does not respond within 24 hours, report it to the site administrator.”

Moreover, the site states that a negative review affects the seller’s rating and can temporarily block their activity. But in practice, all negative reviews are deleted together with refunds, and as a result the seller is left with only positive ratings. This means that new buyers see a distorted picture — as if the seller is perfect, while in reality they may be completely ignoring customers.

Those buyers who actually suffered remain “off camera.” When I pointed out the contradiction between their rules and their practice, the administration literally replied: “It is impossible to state all nuances in the rules.” “There is no risk here. Refund = transaction terminated.” Yet the risk is obvious: I lost time, trust, and the ability to warn others.

Conclusion: Plati.market formally returns money, but in effect hides customers’ negative experiences. The review system is arranged so that all dissatisfied customers simply “disappear” along with refunds, while sellers who fail to meet obligations continue to trade, surrounded only by positive comments. I am not writing this about money, but so others do not end up in my situation. Read not only the product description but also check whether there is at least one negative review on the seller’s page — if there isn’t, that doesn’t mean everything is fine. It may simply mean that all negative reviews have already been removed by the system.
The biggest issue is not the money — it’s the lost time and the fact that buyers can’t warn others when things go wrong.

I purchased a product from this seller on Plati.Market (Order ID: 270889013, September 16, 2025). The product was advertised as a 1-Year PIA VPN subscription, but what I received was completely different.

The seller only provided me with a username and password. When trying to access the official PIA VPN website to configure important features (such as OpenVPN or WireGuard protocols, account settings, or device management), the login is blocked by 2FA or recovery code. This means the account is restricted and unusable.

None of these limitations were mentioned in the product description. The advertisement was misleading.

Instead of fixing the issue or providing a valid product, the seller repeatedly insisted that I:

Close my PayPal dispute

Change my negative feedback to positive

He completely ignored my explanations and refused to resolve the problem.

This behavior is dishonest and looks like a scam. The seller is misleading buyers with unusable accounts.

Repeatedly demanded "irrefutable evidence of the buyer's guilt," a technically impossible task for digital goods.

Completely ignored all factual evidence I provided (my reputation, the timeline, the buyer's review bombing).

Ignored a formal request to escalate the case to a senior manager.

Used contradictory clauses from their own Terms of Service to justify their inaction while actively punishing me.

Conclusion for Sellers:
The Plati.Market dispute system is not a fair mediation process. It is a one-sided system that places sellers in an impossible position. They will hold your entire business hostage over minor, invalid claims, and their support staff are trained to ignore logic, facts, and even their own rules.
