Ordered. Goods £60 worth didn’t turn up and they will not refund my money!!! Stay well clear !!! How can they sleep at night

Ordered £331 of booze from Tesco.com. The beer arrive in boxes but the other 84 items arrived in plastic bags. Dozens of them.
Visited the Tesco store in Lowestoft and Andrew the Driver Manager said and I quote I can't see a problem with that!!!!!!!!!!"
I rang Tesco customer services to ask if they thought this practice was acceptable. They agreed it was an unacceptable but on contacting the store they said they could do nothing about it.
This means that Tescos when receiving orders online, if my experience is anything to go by," might be wrapping glass bottles, plastic bottles and cartons in plastic bags individually as they
take the items off the shelves.
Tescos apparently according to the people I spoke to today don't have a problem with this and are not prepared to do anything about it.
Needless to say I will definitely go elsewhere for my online shopping.

Wish we had checked on here first before ordering, wrong item sent but can't get hold of anyone on the phone, it just rings out. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

Terrible unreliable orders incorrect or delayed low prices even lower service

Terrible company, slow delivery never answer phone or email as I wanted to return the items when they eventually arrived. Save your time and buy from a reputable company.

Very poor service, did not answer phone calls or emails to enquire about my order. Still waiting for refund and as such the company is in breach of distance selling regulations. Avoid at all costs.i

They took my cash and that was it I if hadno pipe sent they don't answer their phones just an answering machine it's been a number of weeks it's a scam company. The site should be shut down

I ordered a drain cover which was unfortunately delivered by Tuffnells to the wrong address. I contacted Plastics Express when it didn't turn up. Lauren arranged for it to be redelivered. Once received, I found the drain to be cracked and damaged. I have been trying for a week to contact the office but cant get through. Also sent emails but am not getting any response. The customer service is terrible and I would not recommend this company!!!

I have used plastics express for most of my drainage materials in the past with out a problem but not for a couple of years. This time communication near non-existent. No one picks up the phone or answer emails - 9 days past order date and no idea what is happening. appalling service - would not use again.

A confirmation order was received the day it was placed, after one week I chased to see when it was likely to arrive and continued for two further weeks phoning and emailing with no answer. My order turned up after three weeks, coinciding with a payment dispute raised with my credit card company. I would not order from this company again.

Well i looked at the reviews after i put an order in and i was worried. However i ordered monday night and the MDPE pipe and large waste pipes were delivered by tuffnels on wednesday afternoon. Bargain prices and free delivery even on large 3 meter waste pipes. Would order again. No problems for me 5 stars

Used Plastics express a few times and been really good in the past.
Last two orders dispatch times have been disappointingly slow and not up to the usual standard, delaying projects which are weather dependant.
I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

I couldn’t be more happier with customer service from Jessica. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Part of my order didn’t arrive but that wasn’t any issues with Jessica sorting it all out!
She is definitely the best customer services lady I have ever dealt with!!!

My recent order of 100m of 25mm mdpe pipe and 2 x 50m of 65mm blue ducting arrived within 4 working days less one roll of ducting which arrived the following day.
Jess at Plastic Express returned my email when I asked the situation about the missing ducting the same day informing me that Tuffnells had it at their deport and that it was out for delivery. So certainly no difficulty with deliveries or contact - I would use Jess with any query as it is easier to email than ring and I suspect they prefer that method of contact.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. APPAULING SERVICE. Placed an order on Monday, 7days ago, have still not received the items, which have been fully paid for, including an additional £8.95 for next day delivery.
Have called them on 4 occasions:
First occasion: After 3 days, told the items would arrive tomorrow. Waited for delivery, nothing.
Second: At the end of 4 day, told it would be investigated, but the representative assured me items would be delivered tomorrow. Waited in, again nothing arrived.
Third: After 7 days, representative could not give me an explanation, said she would investigate and phone back. No call.
Forth: Again, day 7, I called, asked to speak to the same representative who I’d spoken to earlier, told she had just finished on another call and would be put through to her. Left on hold for another 5 minutes and still didn’t get to speak to her. Another rep. has now said the order had been lost. Unbelievable! Now I’m being told the items will be dispatched today and will be with me tomorrow.
Let’s see what day 8 brings. Will it be yet another day wasted waiting for a Plastics EXPRESS delivery. First and last time I will be using this company and will be relaying my experience to all my colleagues in the construction industry.

Still waiting for the majority of my order in which I ordered 7 weeks ago. No one is responding to my emails and nobody answers the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for parts of my order after a month. They don’t answer the phone anymore. Have they gone bust? Have been a customer for a few years but they have been going downhill recently

Absolutely hopeless, 9 of 12 items delivered by courier, rang and had to leave a message as it’s rare anyone answers. No return of call. Courier delivers one more item next day, rings again no answer. After sat pressing redial constantly finally get an answer, need to look into it and call you back, no call back. I call again sat repeatedly pressing redial, then promised Saturday deliver of replacement parts and given a tracking number and a different telephone number as it’s saturday and office will be closed. No delivery on Saturday, tracking number invalid (turns out nothing shipped) no answer on different number given. I call again after the weekend, they need to look into it, will call you back. You guessed it, no call back. I have never dealt with a company so utterly useless, avoid at all costs.
