The parcel arrived in good time but…
The parcel arrived in good time but showed damage on one corner. I opened the corner to find a gouge about 2 inches long in the top panel. I have not investigated further as it is a large parcel with 12 panels and I have not got the room to spread them out.If any others are damaged I will let you know.ken l have photos.

What an incredible first impression, ordered a wrong sized item to go with panels & within 20 minutes of ordering received a call to ask if we’d made an error & was instantly rectified - deliver was super fast & the panels are easy to work with - incredible transformation already

Ignoring a valid complaint AVOID THIS COMPANY
My initial complaint was finally answered and I have since been ignored after many attempts to make contact with them. Items arrived cut/finished to a completely unacceptable standard! I would avoid using these guys.

Quick delivery and items as ordered. Only gripe is that there was no indication of delivery timescales when I placed the order, so didn’t know if they would arrive in days ( which they did) or whether I would have to wait weeks
