Great service and delivery. Lovely food. Easy to prepare. It’s allowing me to have much greater variety. BUT the portions are too large for me.i understand why the quantiles are as they are - I don’t expect to be sent half a butternut squash for example. I get three meals from each. The problem is the requirement to order a minimum of three. I get nine meals - too much to get through comfortably without freezing.

So I’d really appreciate
(a) being able to order less than three
(b) a guide that says which meals are most suitable for freezing.

Absolutely delicious food. I wasn’t sure what to expect but every single meal I’ve received has been top restaurant quality. I’d be very pleased to have received this in a restaurant and have certainly received worse when it comes to vegan a vegetarian food! Very quickly to cook - 15 mins usually. Service has been excellent.
I have 3 meals per week and they are so big I literally live off them all week so keeps me going.

The meals are very simple to prepare, very generous portions with a high flavour, simply delicious. Gives a refreshing break from eating meat. Highly recommend!

Food is great but ordering system - fraudulent. I received an order I didn't order and could not eat as I was on holiday. Food was just picked for me, no checking, and sent, no emails in advance, nothing. Now I wake up to the same. Terrible way to get orders coming. What happened to communicating with the customer, there is supposed to be a warning email, but nothing for me, checked junk folder, nothing. Tried to cancel and that function also didn't work. Get another IT system and refund me and I might try you again, but this experience has been shocking.

Tasty food overall, but had to stop ordering as most meals contain rapeseed oil and are quite heavily spiced, which didn’t agree with me.

Great experience - all the meals have been delicious and easy to prepare. Very pleased.

The meals were delicious and creative and the portions were generous. It’s just a bit spenny to do long term.

I placed my first order last week at 2 week intervals- the meals are so delicious that I have now gone to weekly orders- really impressed-fresh-tasty-easy to prepare & really nutritious- my meat eating hubby loves them!!!

Best meal box service by far. The meals are fantastic and the preprepared sauces and garnishes save so much time. I have been having a box monthly for about a year, I have tried other meal kits like gousto and grubby but planthood is tastier and easier.

Have often thought about subscribing to a meal kit delivery service, so recently subscribed to Planthood.
A wise decision.
Totally impressed by the meal selection (so much to choose from each week). The ingredients are excellent - every single item needed is included, and good, clear cooking instructions provided via a QR code, which can be saved on my iPad/iphone. Most meals can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
It removes the bother of shopping, deciding what to buy and deciding how to prepare the meal. It’s definitely renewed my interest in cooking good quality, nutritious meals. Dishes are labelled as ‘high protein’ or ‘gut friendly’ for example.

I’d also like to give a special mention to Jane (Support Specialist).

Planthood is great, I get it once a month as a treat. the food is gorgeous better than I could make and so healthy and inspiring, I love it

I decided to give Planthood a try because I was looking for a online food delivery service that delivered to your door fresh, tasty meals with the emphasis being on more eating vegetables. £45 a week did seem like a lot at first but as my subscription was 3 meals for every two weeks, when I compared this to my weekly shop before the subscription I did have the potential to save a lot. As a single person I spread the meals out so I get 6 meals out of 3 dishes. The meals themselves are pretty easy to make, good portion size(for two) Instructions are clear and easy to follow and they taste amazing. No dish to date that I have not enjoyed.

Awful. Started well . Almost impossible to cancel , when you try you are directed to a page that gives you options to ‘pause’ or change your mind . That’s it !
Communication is dire. I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks . They are sending me
Food I didn’t ask for and it’s very difficult to stop it . Don’t do it .

Always amazed at the flavours , variety , freshness and ease to prepare these meals . I’m a meat eater but my partner is vegetarian so I’ve always struggled to find hearty food we can both enjoy. These meals are generous in size and delicious. We’re on our fourth week now and don’t plan to stop !

Absolutely delicious. Never had a bad dish from them, only food that make me money delight!

The meals are really delicious, the vegan range is very varied, interesting and positively encourages trying new flavours, combinations with amazing sauces. Having everything organised and provided makes the 'throwing together' of a healthy, restaurant quality meal a 10 min job

I placed and order today(Sunday) and something went wrong . I contacted customer service and the problem was sorted instantly. I did not expect this on a Sunday afternoon. First class customer service .

Great flavours and delicious. I love that it actually makes my life easier we pre prepared sauces not just all the ingredients!
