I rarely write reviews for companies, but I had to for this interaction. My order arrived quickly, but a few leaves had some browning. I tried to recover the plant for a month with no success, and I was a bit worried that customer service might question why I’d waited so long to reach out. Instead, the care and response were exceptional.

There was absolutely no hesitation in sending a replacement and it arrived very quickly. I completely understand the challenges of posting delicate plants across the world in winter, so this level of support really stood out.

Rest assured, if you have any issues, this company will sort them out with grace and speed.

Absolutely amazing experience with Plant Circle. The plants are stunning, healthy, and exactly as described — you can really tell they care about quality.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. The team was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive.
There was a small issue with the first delivery due to extreme weather conditions, which unfortunately affected some of the plants. However, this was completely outside of their control, and they handled it in the best possible way. They responded quickly and arranged a replacement shipment with all the affected plants without any hesitation.
Everything arrived beautifully the second time, and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. Truly 10/10 service — I will definitely order again.

Ware wurde am 30.12. trotz vorhergesagter Kältewelle bis zu minus 16 versendet. Dünner Karton mit Löchern, lediglich ein Heatpackt. Keine Isolationsfolie oder sonstiger Kälteschutz. Den Rest hat dann DHL erledigt indem er nicht in der Lage war das Paket auszuliefern. Zustellung der Toten Pflanzen dann am 8.01. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir umgehend Ersatz zugesagt. Anstatt den Ersatz zu verschicken wollen sie jetzt noch Fotos. Einfach nur zum Schlecht

Sehr lange Lieferzeit und dann war meine Bestellung auch noch katastrophal verpackt. Keine isolierende Folie, kein Heatpack, also keine wintergerechte Verpackung – die Pflanzen kamen eiskalt an und waren im Paket auch nicht vor dem Verrutschen gesichert. Eine Pflanze hatte nicht einmal einen Topf, sodass die Erde überall herumflog und wodurch sogar Wurzeln abgebrochen sind, sie ist mittlerweile auch eingegangen und konnte nicht mehr gerettet werden. Eine weitere Pflanze hatte ausschließlich beschädigte Blätter aber sie scheint noch leben zu wollen. Der gesamte Kaufpreis der Pflanzen wurde mir zwar direkt erstattet aber es bleibt trotzdem meine erste und letzte Bestellung dort!

Despite a first fail in delivery and automatic return of my packet (fault of the delivery company), my order has been sent again in a timely manner with a nice small gift. The plants are amazing, as described. The communication with the customer support is easy, they are professional, reactive and efficient.

I absolutely love Plant Circle! I’m not even sure how I came across them online, but I’m so glad I did. Their collection is amazing — I ended up ordering around 14 or 15 plants. They all arrived in perfect condition, except for one, where the two largest leaves were broken.

I reached out to their customer service, and they were incredibly quick to respond. Not only were they prompt, but also kind enough to send me a replacement plant. I really appreciate that level of care!

This was my first time ordering from Plant Circle, and I placed quite a large order. Although there were some issues with the shipping company, Plant Circle handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but their representative (thank you Bode!) was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. She genuinely cared about both the plants and my experience.

The plants arrived in great condition and are absolutely lovely—just like in the photos, and some even more lush! I’m very happy with my purchase.

Einfach nur schlecht!
Erde einer Pflanze verschimmelt, weitere Pflanzen beschädigt. 6 Pflanhen bestellt, 3 Pflanzen davon in unzureichender Qualität.

Die Pflanze kam beschädigt an, und mir wurde angeboten sie noch etwas zu beobachten um zu schauen ob sie sich erholt. Nach 3 Wochen habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben und meine Pflanze wurde mir komplett ersetzt obwohl dies für Transportschäden nicht verantwortlich waren. Der Kundendienst hat super schnell geantwortet und ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt ! Pflanzen sind gut und gute Preise !Würde jederzeit wieder dort eine Pflanze bestellen 🩷

Ich bekam meine Aglaonema super schnell, die Verpackung fand ich toll für eine Pflanze und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Ich habe sie seit Mitte Mai, sie hat schon etliche neue Blätter und zu meiner Überraschung blüht sie 🥰

Ich habe eine Musa bestellt welche leider einen Schaden an 4 von 5 Blättern beim Transport erlitten hat.

Mach kurzen Mail-Austausch konnte der Support mir schnell und zufriedenstellend helfen.

Ich werde ihn in Zukunft wärmsten weiterempfehlen!

Sehr netter Kontakt, sehr schnelle und freundliche Hilfe bei Fragen oder Problemen, rascher Versand und tolle Pflanzen 🌱🪴 hatte offline immer Probleme mit Schädlingen, sobald ich neue Pflanze gekauft habe, das ist mir hier noch nie passiert. Sehr empfehlenswert in Summe 👍

Ich habe mittlerweile eine recht schöne Sammlung an seltenen Pflanzen. Es gibt nur noch wenige auf meiner Wunschliste.
Und wenn man dann eine auf Plant Circle entdeckt, dann müssen auch noch 2 weitere mit, damit die Pflanze nicht alleine reisen muss.
Die Pflanzen waren genau in dem Zustand, der auf der Homepage beschrieben war. Der Versand war schnell und die Pflanzen waren sicher verpackt.

Ich hatte Probleme mit der Lieferung (dpd.. man sollte überdenken sich an einen anderen Dienstleister zu wenden) und habe den Support kontaktiert. Dieser ist mit nichts zu vergleichen - schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert!

Ich habe eine Ersatzlieferung bekommen (Schadensmeldung an dpd wurde in meinem Namen eingereicht), beim zweiten Mal sind die Pflanzen dann gut angekommen - alle gesund und bewurzelt und haben sich bereits gut akklimatisiert.
Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach auch (größtenteils) fair, alles in allem sehr zufrieden und gerne wieder!
Noch lieber, wenn die Lieferung nicht mit dpd erfolgen würde.
