Disappointing product and customer service. Product no longer holds its charge and company won't help. Only had it 18 months, didn't expect it to break so soon.
Will be looking for an alternative.

I really hoped this would work , I’ve tried it for over 3 months now and unfortunately it never seems to make any difference to me at all . Think I’m going to ask the GP for proper shock wave therapy instead as the plantar pain is so annoying and debilitating

I have been using this device once per day for 1 week and I definitely can see a difference. Pain is not as acute as before and I can wear all my shoes without a concern.
I would recommend this device!

Not much to say except that I was experiencing a lot of discomfort, and shortly after using this device felt 100% better. 😊

Great device. Reduced plantar pain by 50%

I’ve been using this device several times every day since receiving it about 3 weeks ago. I don’t just use it the recommended 3 times daily x 10 minutes, rather I will use it for 20 or 30 minutes several times a day. It’s certainly helped to ease the pain that the plantar fasciitis causes (I have had the plantar for about two months now). Am still doing the recommended foot stretches, using heel orthotic, etc., and still unable to wear the shoes I would normally wear. I’m sceptical that the Plantarcure will actually cure it, but I do feel it’s eased the pain.

Just buy it, no iffs or buts, this gives so much relief worth every penny.

There is not much instruction on how to use it so been months with it and not much improvement. It has 6 modalities of vibration is difficult to know which one to use. The brand won’t answer when you send them an email. At the moment money wasted

Das Gerät funktioniert nicht, lässt sich nicht aufladen. Die Rücksendung gestaltete sich für mich ganz schwierig da keine entsprechenden Unterlagen beim Päckchen. Meine Recherche zur Rücksendung im Internet hat mich dann zu einer Adresse geführt, an die ich das Gerät dann zurückschickte. Diese Anschrift war dann aber nicht richtig, so dass diese Firma mir das Gerät zurückschickte. Dann habe ich weitergemacht und eine Mailanschrift gefunden. Nach mehreren Mails wurde die Rücknahme verweigert, da das ganze Procedere sich zwei Tage länger hinzog, als die Rücknahmefrist, ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde online sehr viel vorsichtiger mit Bestellungen sein müssen.

Excellent product. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering from this horrible foot problem.

The product arrived quickly, the instructions were not very clear but my husband spoke to someone who was really helpful and resolved our questions. The product has had a positive affect on my husbands Planta and on my Achilles. It is easy to use, more so on the Planta just purely due to the position of the Achilles.

Product definitely eased my plantar pain, this worked over around a month following the instructions and even now the pain has nearly gone I use it daily

Whilst this has not cured the problem completely it has greatly helped. The delivery time was great, within twenty-four hours, instructions clear and concise. It is easy and quick to charge and certainly does what it's meant to do. In my case this means greatly reduced pain and discomfort. Thank you

i ordered this item as someone reccomended it the pain in my foot was awful i used it a few time i can now walk much better and the pain has reduced a lot

Only waited 3 days for delivery

Well, I have plantar fasciitis in my left heel and to start with I could barely cross the room at times.
As soon as I used this it got a lot better and whilst it has not exactly cured it, it has made it a great deal better and it's rarely a problem at all.
I must say, when I saw it on the internet I assumed it was a scam, but the problem was severe and the cost was modest enough to take a punt. This horse came in with a rosette, unlike any horse I back!

I previously purchased a healease and it suddenly stopped working the customer service sent out another one very quickly ! They have now produced a rechargeable one which is even better very please with it !
