Since the first time I got in contact with Plane Saver, got a very kind and professional approach that at that time was to ask for a loan for tens of thousands, which I got without hesitation after submitting my application form, at the end, did not need the money and returned, now I am opening a Platinum account, which I think will suit perfectly to my interests

Really poor service, saved with them applied for small £1000 loan, got turned down, not really a credit union, part of the computer says no brigade. Removed all my money, closed account and joined my local credit union and got sorted. Something I should have done in the first place, but you always think bigger is better, but apparently not.

Absolutely apalling customer service!! The worst company ever! After getting access to my bank account and doing a hard search they let me know i have passed affordability checks. Then i sent the requested documents and information and they said they will clear my loan today however they have now declined!! Really regret dealing with this ridiculous company!

I recently opened an ISA account by transfer from a bank ISA; it was very straightforward and easy; staff are knowledgeable and understand you could lose protected status if transferred incorrectly.

Absolutely rubbish!! Got rid of my old car last year and had a new car at the beginning of this year! Paid off my finance when I got rid of it and they are sending me pathetic letters and calls saying that I still owe money?? Get your business together and stop robbing people, don’t use this finance company people unless you want your money scammed…

Jacquline was the one who called me and kept changing topics every time I said that I’ve paid it all off…

Don’t bother, applied over 3 weeks ago still awaiting decision. Keep asking me to fill this form in that form in link bank accounts etc. set direct debit up.

No on ever responds to emails.

Not a user friendly system.

Took them over a week to review my application (with loads of boring steps in between), then after a HARD SEARCH appeared on my credit file, they finally phoned me and raised my hopes by suggesting that if I simply filled in a table with information from my creditors, they could pay them as soon as today. After completing the table as requested, they denied the consolidation loan without a proper explanation. Great help in a cost of living crisis!

Amazing Company. Staff is very friendly. So easy to understand. Any issues just call the company and they will look into it for you. If they cannot, they will make sure they provide you with good reason.

I cleared a loan with Plane Saver Credit Union in March 2020. Too this day, it is still showing as a default balance outstanding on my credit profile. It has literally had a detrimental impact on my credit score and they even had the cheek about a year ago to try and blame to credit reference agencies. It's their own incompetence that has caused this. Fix it!
