The worst customer support ever, or I can say it inexistent..

I absolutely love this program. It does require some patience at the beginning because there are many tools, categories, and settings, which can feel a bit overwhelming at first. However, once you get familiar with it, everything becomes much smoother and easier to use. Overall, it's a very powerful and useful software.

This is not a "draw a house in one evening" kind of program. It is more advanced than that. It took me a while to understand all the feature, especially roof construction and detailed wall settings. That being said, once you understand the workflow, it's very capable. I like that it's a one-time purchase and not a subscription. Just be prepared to invest time into learning it properly.

Compared to other professional architecture software that costs thousands, this is a very affordable solution. If you are willing to spend some time learning it, you can produce detailed floor plans and elevations without paying yearly fees.

We are currently designing our own home and using P7A for the full layout. It works very well and includes more professional tools than I expected at this price point. I watched most of their online tutorials which helped a lot.

At first I honestly thought this was just another basic home design tool, but I was wrong. Plan7Architect is much more capable than it looks at first glance. It does take some time to understand where everything is and how the tools were together. After a few weeks of using it regularly, it really started to click. Now I can create full construction drawings, sections and even 3D views without needing an expensive subscription. My advice: watch the tutorials and practical a little every day. Once you get over the learning curve, it becomes a very powerful program.
