Easy to set up ad. I'm in a University town and received an overwhelming response. Was able to rent out my student rental property within days. I tried to post on FB but my ad was always and still is "pending." It seems that students are aware of Places4Students. I would rather pay a small fee for a no hassle, smooth, user-friendly process. Also, it seems my listing is kept on file so I can reuse in future. No need to download pictures, write a new descrtiption etc. I am extremely pleased!!!

I paid about $125 on the site to get a premium spot. After two weeks I got one hit with moderate interest from overseas and that was it. If you're looking for U of T, York or Metropolitan University students, forget it... the site is fine and easy to use but it's also expensive compared to Off Campus Housing and other sites but they just don't have any reach. My advice is don't waste your money.
