Visited Warrington branch around 8. Server was very friendly and made my little one giggle and seemed to go out of there way to help a temper tantrum. I thought it deserved recognition. Pizza was delicious and came very quickly 10/10 service.

Z czymś takim nie spotkałyśmy się nigdzie! Obsługa nie ma ani trochę szacunku do kupującej młodzieży i oskarżają klienta o pomyłkę chociaż to oni wpisali złe zamówienie a my zapłaciłyśmy więcej!
Kiedy zrezygnowałam z drugiej pizzy po pomyłce rozmawiali między sobą że tak nie można itp. Oraz robili uwagi typu:
,,czy macie rodziców!?”
Nie polecamy!!!

This is the Pizza Hut in Greenwood, NS which is already hard to locate on the app because it isn’t listed correctly. I called seconds after my order, as I do each and every order, to ask for the pepperoni to be on top of the cheese - I ask for my order every single time that way since they opened and I call each time. I don’t like it uncooked - I won’t eat it that way. This time, the male owner was rude, and when I asked for the pepperoni on top he was short, and said :”ya ya”then he sent the order wrong and when I called he wouldn’t answer the phone, they’ve been in business a year and the answering machine still isn’t set up and he had the nerve to say I didn’t ask for it but only called to confirm 30 sec after I ordered! So, he lied on top of it. When you get an order wrong after being given specific instructions you are supposed to offer a replacement!

Dostałam pizze z 2 godzinnym opóźnieniem. Była zimna i niesmaczna

Zamówiliśmy w weekend pizzę i pieczonego cheeseburgera. Niestety, cheeseburgera nie dało się zjeść – był strasznie przesolony. Pizza była taka sobie, raczej przeciętna… a nawet poniżej średniej :(

Dodatków prawie zero, na pewno nie tak jak na zdjęciu. Sos ledwo dno zakrył 25g.

Zrobiliśmy zamówienie na pizzę za 110zl,zamówienie nie dotarło. Dzwoniąc na infolinię trzeba poświęcić dużo czasu. My dzwoniliśmy dwa dni i po kolejnym telefonie i 20 minut czekania dzial reklamacyjny odebrać łaskawie i przyjął reklamację.
Podejście do klienta i stracony czas pozostawia dużo do życzenia.

Pizza Hut Canada recently advertised an ad with 2 guys licking the phone. The most disgusting ad ever seen. Have you all ever heard about something called COVID. I cannot believe a big corporation would look at that and find that ad was decent to air. Young kids would be licking each other phone. They should have responsible advertising you all owe it to the public. Shame on Pizza Hut!!

Attempted to place an order for collection
website stated delivery was free - but would not remove £2.99 delivery charge
wasted time trying to get online support and phoning.

Whilst I prefer pizza hut to their competitors, I don't like their new approach which deters people who don't like to make an order in restaurant via a QR code. I find them complicated. So when I was told it's the QR code or nothing, I went elsewhere and will continue to do so until they see that it's not for everyone. Every other fast food outlet offers and option so why not Pizza Hut.

Zadzwoniliśmy do kuriera który miał przywieść pizze, zadaliśmy pytanie gdzie jest i dostaliśmy odpowiedź "w dupie". Później kiedy zobaczyliśmy kuriera pytaliśmy jak sie nazywa a odpowiedź brzmiała "p1zda". Ostatecznie inny kurier z inner firmy dostawczej (mieliśmy dostać od glovo) przywiózł nam zamówiene.

czas dostawy szybki, temperatura jedzenia ok, składników mało jak na takie ceny... jak nie ma nic w lodówce to można zamówić na wieczorny seans.

Brudny talerz długi okres oczekiwania na kelnera jak i na zamówienie

Went to the showcase cinema in Peterborough then visited then Pizza Hut, I discovered I could not order take away in store then they mucked up my order.

Because you now have to order on your mobile i will not be visiting pizza hut agAIN

Pizza Hut Clacton don’t even go there, the food is crazy expensive and not the same quality as years gone by. Also the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Get a pizza from Tesco and save your money
