The Juxt necklace felt like a great deal I got two necklaces and they look good together and seperate, they help both me and my fiance because we both work in labs and prefer not too. It's too early to say if its actually durable but so far it feels nice.

They also have a 2 year warrantee, where I was able to replace my chain after it broke and they replaced it with their upgraded more durable chain! :)

I had an issue with my partners 18k white gold-plated Pixie Wing necklace purchased nearly 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it began to visibly tarnish, and the chain snapped within the warranty period. I contacted Pixie Wing and their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They were quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and made the warranty process incredibly easy.

They organised a replacement 18k white gold-plated necklace without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind its products and takes care of its customers when something goes wrong.
