Pixels came to my son's school to take graduation pictures. When they sent the proofs they were terrible. My son has long hair and whoever took the pictures didn't even ask my son to pat his hair down. So disappointed!

An internet search for a special tee shirt led me to pixels. The design is unique -- "my" FDNY fire engine on a city street is special to me because I was a volunteer there. The tee shirt itself is of high quality. The print is bright and colorful, and a true copy of the picture on the website. Given the quality, the shirt is a very good value for the money. Easy to order. Fast delivery. Pixie has made me a believer.

When ordering, I checked where the puzzles are shipped from. Seeing the website page where it says that orders are routed to the closest manufacturing facility, and that there was a facility in the Netherlands, I felt confident it would be made and shipped from the EU, where I live. Despite that promise, Pixels Puzzles instead shipped it from the US, resulting in me receiving a substantial customs invoice and risking that the product will not be delivered before Christmas, even though I ordered it in mid-November. I brought this up with support, and they would not admit their error or refund the customs invoice. If you are outside the EU, I urge you to proceed with caution with this website.

I found the exact saying I was looking for on a t-shirt on this website. They had lots of colours to choose from. When it got here it was a soft, comfy shirt. I am happy with my purchase and would use this website again.

Pixels has very unique mugs that you can modify to your tastes. The prices are reasonable. The service is very fast and efficient. I had a mug arrive with a broken handle, I reordered it, sent them a picture of the broken mug and they gave me an immediate refund. I have ordered 3 mugs from them so far and all are exactly what I ordered and very good quality.

I bought a fantastic, colorful, "Welsh Dragon" shower curtain that just projects beautifully in my bathroom. Obviously it's the focal point of the room and never fails to draw a compliment (not to mention I can throw in the bit about my Welsh heritage). It's also very well made and was delivered in a nice, secure, zippered vinyl package. The sheer variety of shower curtains for sale is simply amazing! Great choice of products, extensive, choose some artwork that you love (a LOT to choose from, from classical to funny and much in between) and get it printed on myriad items from clothing to mugs to accessories to cards. Makes for fun and unusual things, for yourself or for gifts. Quality too, usually swift service, and reasonable prices. What’s not to like?

The Mick Jagger coffee mug and card was very impressive. The detail was excellent too. Pixel supports these artists and very good ones at that. My order came quite fast and I definitely will recommend Pixel to my family. Also my friends and acquaintances.

Not wishing to spoil someone else's post, but this is the only place it seems where I can be heard. I have a POD account with pixels.com, I also have a shopify store. I have the pixels.com app installed within this store. I have two orders that need to be fulfilled by pixels.com, orders that have been taken on my website from pixels designs, two jigsaw puzzles. However, the items cannot be dispatched because pixels.com wishes me to input my credit card details in to the pixels app that is installed in my shopify site. Not a problem, however, whenever I try to do this pixels.com issues me with an error message saying it cannot carry this out. It is not an issue with my credit card, as I have tried to carry out the same procedure with three different cards, all giving the same error message and have also bought goods online in the last 24 hours with one of these cards, with no problem. I have tried to call pixels,com 4 times, each time being cut off, twice without my call being answered. I have tried emailing support and had no reply. Should I just uninstall the app, close my account and refund my customers? Or is pixels support actually going to do resolve this?
