Pixels did a great job with my order. It was done quickly, professionally and they kept me updated every step of the way. Provided me with a tracking number when it was on it's way so I could keep tabs on when it would get here. Had no problems at all and my order was received within 7-10 days of my purchasing it.

I am extremely disappointed in customer service. I sent two contact us messages thru the website with photos on 12/20 and 12/27/24 and left three telephone messages on the toll-free number on 12/26, 12/27/24 and 1/7/25. I even replied to a Support Ticket Created e-mail on 12/27 with photos again. I never received a reply or retuned call. The response statement within two hours is untrue.

I purchased the referenced item on 11/29/24 and after unpacking the artwork to be mounted a few weeks later, where I discovered specs on the image as I have noted in each of my communications. I was hoping to exchange or possible return and purchase another artwork. The return policy notes that if item has quality issue, then shipping is reimbursed or possibly not charged. Since I never received a reply or retuned call, I did want to return and pay shipping without acknowledging quality issue. Also, the return policy states returns must arrive within 30 calendar days or order which I would not achieve due to lack of response.

I don’t understand the 100% money-back guarantee if you do not respond to customers.

I would not recombed Pixels.com!

I have gotten a number of mugs from pixels. The artists do a great job & the mugs are packed well & always arrive in perfect condition.

Ordered shirts for Christmas during Black Friday. Haven’t receive them so I reached out to customer service. Apparently they didn’t process my order, for some BS “security” reason they can’t process now and they won’t honor the Black Friday pricing. So…no Xmas gifts and will cost double to reorder. No thanks. Would avoid.

Wish pricing wasn't so high quality isn't the greatest for it to be so high. I love the art work availability but quality honestly isn't the greatest pieces are a bit rough
