Same experience with everyone. Paid 1 peso, got charged 299php a day after. Then 599php after a month. I’ve emailed them after the first charge and got a confirmation by email that they have canceled my subscription - WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AGAIN???!! I’ve sent an email to their support team, hope they reply ASAP!!! This is unacceptable!!

SCAMMM , take my money from DANA APP , digital wallet without my permission , and we cant unlink the subs on the platform , dont ever use this website .. 10000% SCAM becareful they will take all of your cash in your digital wallet when you connect it to the website.

once you use this they will ask you to pay P1 and deduct it from your Gcash account and no output will be produced. After several days this will automatically deduct 599 pesos from your account and the worst part is there is NO refund, and no cancellation of subscription!!! SCAMMMMMM!!!!

I made a payment of 1 peso for what was supposed to be a photo download, but the file was never received. Then, without any prior notification, I was charged 299 pesos the following day. Upon checking their website, I discovered that there were no clear options available to cancel the subscription.

On April 24, 2025 I paid for Rp 1.599 via DANA balance for downloading the photo but there was no photo downloaded, then after 2 days it charged me Rp 159.999 without notice and without permission, then I send mail to support@pixelcutout(.)com to refund but there is no solution.

This is a scam never link your gcash. They will charge your account 2 days after trying on getting their service that sucks.

I already pay 1 peso for white background removal but 2 days after they deduct 150 peso from my gcash without my consent. This is a scam. Some are complaining that they been deducted 599. No matter how much have been deducted. They should ask permission to the owner and we already pay what they ask. Why deduct again?

This is a 100% scam! Before you download the file that you needed. You need to pay 1 peso using gcash. Since it's a 1 peso many people will link their account. However, you cannot download it. Then after 2 days, they will automatically deduct 599 for whatever the reason it. Since you link your gcash account to them, and there's no way to unlink it you cannot do anything

Its a scam there is no app or platform that can unsubscribe or unlink you payment account after the free trial, when i tried o cancel it cannot found any app or platform to cancel it. i was deducted 599.00 pesos without any way to refund it. do not link any payment account on this website, tried to email multiple time their website support@pixelcutoutcom but no response it a fake email for sure.
