I was disappointed with the level of communication after I sent in the money. I expected to hear something like a periodic review of activities but I did not get anything back. While I am happy with the increased numbers, it would be nice to know that it was a result of your efforts which were not communicated.

My streams are over 3,000% and listners over 860%, since starting to use Pitchus in November 2024. I've had 24k Spotify streams since November 17th when I release my holiday album Winter's Embrace and it's only December 5th as I write this.

Over 100$ for a tiktok promotion…
Over 100$ for a tiktok promotion resulted in the track being used by 5 "influencers" of debatable impact. The fact that they have a lot of (fake?) followers is clearly irrelevant, as the results show.
Pitch-Us tried to persuade me that engagement with the posts would help, but some of the videos were embarrassingly bad, so the less association with the artist the better.
I blame myself to some extent. You can't just conjure up TikTok popularity: it's just a shame that some of these promo companies try to suggest that you can.
So $100+ down the drain...a lesson learned that, if it seems too good to be true, it almost certainly is, in the world of social media music promotion.

10,000+ Campaign Review
Very communicative with any questions I had during the campaign period. I ordered the 10,000+ campaign and their work has resulted in me almost reaching this goal in about 2 weeks. My algorithmic playlist plays are still holding and I am getting continuous plays still despite only selecting the 7 days options for the campaign. For those confused as I was at the time of ordering, the 7 days/14 days options refers to the amount of time they plan for the campaign to push out the song through their targeting avenues (7 days means full budget is condensed to be used in a week / 14 days means full budget gets spread out across a 2 week period for the campaign). I think either option is fine, it just depends on how hard you want to push the track when you start the compaign. I have ordered another campaign already from them for a previously released track and look forward to seeing how that one goes as well.

When it comes to the article, I had to send an email and asked for the status. It states 3 day turnaround from the date received. I just got the article to proof read. That’s almost a month from the 3rd of Nov. Honest!
