I purchase the first campaign on October 1st: It actually worked. So far so good, no penalties or evidence of bots. I'm going to try another strategy and see how that one goes.
Follow-Up: I ordered a second campaign on October 25th and there were signs of fraudulent behavior as I continued to monitor and examine this company. To be safe, I would steer clear. I do not plan on working with them again. I believe there are more legitimate ways to market your music.

Spotify has detected that the majority of streams on some of your track(s) were artificial.
As a result, the release(s) containing those track(s) have been removed from Spotify.
Your music has not been removed from any other streaming service and is still live everywhere else where you've chosen to distribute it.

Artificial streams, unfortunately
I’m rather disappointed to leave this review, as I was happy with the results I’d been getting from my four tryouts of Pitch-Us to promote my music on Spotify. However, my distributor now has StreamSafe functionality on their admin which shows the percentage of fake streams. Practically all (96-99%) fake streams for the tracks I’d advertised. None of which will be paid out, and presumably damaging to future growth. It was naive of me to think there’s quick solutions to growing listeners. These companies are not legitimate.

I am further pleased that both artists on the song that was promoted also saw some Spotify follower growth during the duration of the campaign as well.

Not happy with the TikTok stick to Spotify
I purchased the TikTok plan to gather attention to my song via an influencer you picked. This influencer was not a good pick I wasted my money he danced to my song it wasn’t even on beat. Also I saw that all his videos only had 300 views I have more views on my own page.

Customer service is subpar...
My first campaign performed decently, and I wanted to see if the hype was justified. So far, my experience has been subpar in the customer service area. The streams do come from algorithmic playlists like Discover Weekly, which has significantly boosted my visibility, driving organic growth. Even more exciting, this engagement has led to additional exposure through Spotify Radio and Daily Mixes.
