Very disappointing experience with Pippit.

I paid €29 to test their AI video creation tool with voice synchronization, and the result was terrible.

Every time I tried to create a video, the voice sync did not work properly. The videos were completely unusable. I tried multiple times, but the issue remained the same.

In just two videos, all my credits were used up, without getting a single usable result.

Another major issue is the customer support.
I sent several messages to report the problem, but never received any response.

And of course, no refund was offered.

This is honestly one of the worst tools I have ever tried in this field.

I strongly do not recommend Pippit.

Pippit is a fraud. Ok so u will pay a cheap first year subscription. But beware, once you start using it features will disappear, what you did on the trial is not longer accessible on the paid. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT EVER PAY TO USE THIS PLATFORM. THEY ARE CHINESE BASED AND DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Out of nowhere, and without any notice, they removed the Google AI image and video models (Nano Banana Pro and Vemo) from their platform. It honestly feels like they did this just to force users to switch to their own crappy model, Seedream 5.
Seedream 5 is terrible. It can’t even generate proper text in images, and the overall image quality is nowhere near Nano Banana Pro.
I contacted customer service and asked for a refund of my subscription, but they refused. They said they would give me 500 credits instead, which I never even received.
Thank god I didn’t buy the annual subscription. I canceled immediately.
Honestly, this platform is not reliable at all, and Seedream 5 is absolutely terrible compared to Nano Banana Pro.

Terrible app that steals credits without actually doing the job. It doesn't follow prompts and isn't usable for creative work. Furthermore, the customer service is terrible; it's like a bot telling you to wait 1-5 days.

Regalano 120 crediti al giorno ma obbligano a usarli tutti per un solo video: sarebbe più logico poterne usare metà alla volta per rimediare a eventuali errori senza dover cambiare piattaforma. Non rimborsano mai i crediti, neanche davanti a errori tecnici palesi. I bulldog francesi escono sempre con la coda, anche se specifico chiaramente di non metterla; è un errore sistematico che non viene corretto. Il servizio clienti è scarso e continua a chiedermi un ID utente inesistente invece di usare l'indirizzo email. Non mostrano alcun interesse nel risolvere i problemi reali degli utenti.

Ständig muss die Seite neu geladen werden, man muss 10x dinge anklicken, bevor etwas passiert. wird direkt wieder gekündigt,. Die Videos an sich sahen erst einmal ok aus. muss mich in AI und KI noch rein finden, aber wenn die Website nicht funktioniert, dann wird es für mich nur noch schwieriger. Und spaß macht es auch nicht

Absolute crap, would not let me login with my google account because they try to force you to use an email address so they can send you spam emails. Over hyped trash.

I am with everyone else. If they spent half the time they do bombarding you with endless emails as they do improving their worthless product they might have something. But how are you supposed to trust a tech company that cannot even get their own "unsubscribe" button to take you off of their mailing list?

Anuncian un periodo de prueba gratuito, pero con registro bancario previo, y con aviso de fin de periodo para poder cancelar la suscripción. Es mentira, te lo cargan directamente sin consulta previa. Como apenas lo usé, se me olvidó hasta que recibí el aviso de cobro de un servicio que no quiero ni uso. Además, no hay donde contactar con ellos.

Tra l'altro una cosa ho tentato di generare, ( neanche complicata) mi ha mangiato tutti i crediti continuando a dire "qualcosa è andato storto non possiamo generare" ..paccari

pippit es la mejor ia para generar videos, tiene una funcionalidad buena, lo unico malo es la parte de ditar ya que cuando vas a cambiar la voz en of se produce un fallo y no se escucha pero asta ahora ningun incoveniente. hice la suscripcion mediante paypal y me sale cancelar suscripcion, asi que puedo cancelar en cualquier momento,

We’ve been using the Pippet.ai CapCut partner app for our business, and while the product itself has potential, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. The support is terrible — it’s been more than six months, and we are still unable to receive proper invoices for our payments.

For a business tool, this is simply unacceptable. The app could be great, but without reliable customer service and legally compliant invoicing, it’s not usable for professional purposes.

Impossible to unsubscribe from emails.
Just mark them as spam to get rid of them.

These guys keep sending me spam emails and make it almost impossible to unsubscribe or even delete my account.

URGENT REFUND TRACKING FAILURE - CASE OVERDUE.

I urgently require the **Acquirer Reference Number (ARN)** for three transactions totaling approximately **16,259.97 EGP** from Pippit (CapCut).

The situation is:
1. **Refund Confirmed:** The seller confirmed the refund was issued on **October 18, 2025**.
2. **Funds Missing:** The funds have **NOT** reached the cardholder's bank account (FAB).
3. **Refusal to Provide ARN:** Both the seller and PayPal refuse to provide the ARN, which is the only document needed to track the money stuck in the banking network.
4. **External Chargeback Started:** I have formally escalated this via an **External Chargeback** through my bank (FAB), and the merchant confirmed the process is in progress.

**Action Required:** Please immediately provide the ARN for the following transactions to resolve the stuck funds:

They said they gave me a refund for subscription fees but they couldn't verify the amount, always said they will update me in my inbox on the site but never got a single message. I never received the refund despite reaching out to them over ten times trying to get them to look into it. Now I have to do a charge back w/ my CC.
