Bought my wife a breast pump, really impressed and the free support from a lactation consultant has really helped us to get to grips with feeding our little boy. Great service. highly recommend.

I have the Compact Duo pumps and they’re definitely helping keep our breast feeding journey going.
I had to rely on pump as my twins were unable to latch so finding a good quality and spreadable pump was a must and the Pippeta Compact is just that.
Great quality, affordable, easy to use, comfortable and reliable.
Honestly recommend to any mum looking to pump, whether that’s exclusively pumping like me or the occasional use. 10/10

I've had my pumps just short of a year, got them at a great price in the sale and they have been absolutely amazing, I don't think I'd still be breastfeeding without them as my child had a severe tongue tie so we relied on pumping for the first few weeks.
Love that they just fit in my bra and can be pottering about while pumping, I've even taken them on days out on the rare occasion we get a child free night! Product itself is great, does exactly what I need it to.
Customer service has also been excellent! I've had a slight issue with my pump motor twice and both times after sending a quick video and posting the pump back I've had a new one sent out next day, which for something I use several times every single day I don't think is bad at all.

I bought the pump less than a month ago, however the pump is already leaking when I use it. Leading to multiple times my breast milk pouring all over me at home and in public. Which is extremely frustrating as I see my breast milk and so important. Also it being extremely embarrassing!

I am really disappointed, I also would NOT recommend.

Great company, had some issues with leakage to begin with and had great support in resolving the issue (nothing to do with the product, was about flange size) - would highly recommend!

I could not rave about the Pippeta products more if I tried. The silver nipple cups absolutely saved me in the first week of breast feeding, the only thing that would actually soothe and make them feel better and the pump was game changing for building up my supply. Not painful at all and amazing being able to change the settings! So impressed with the products, would highly recommend.

I was a little apprehensive at first about pumping as all the pumps on the market seemed to be overwhelming and confusing! I ordered a set of 2 and was shocked at how easy they were to use and set up. I genuinely cannot imagine living without them now, having a baby in NICU I was using hospital pumps which were in the thousands £ mark but my pipetta ones were just as good in my opinion🫶🏻 I was exclusively breastfeeding and now we have converted to pumping! Especially over the festive period I couldn’t have lived without them 🥰 mamas, if you’re on the fence like I was just bite the bullet and just try one to begin with… I guarantee you’ll get a second order in 🤣😊

I’ll be honest, I bought this pump in advance of our second baby’s birth not really sure if it would be for me. But, credit where it is due, I have used my Pippeta pump for exclusive pumping since June 2024 - and LOVE it.
Our little girl was born early and tiny so we were encouraged to see how much she was taking at each feed by bottle feeding. I hadn’t had the best luck with feeding our son, also born early and tiny 6 years previous, so figured I’d give this pump a go and if it worked, great, but I wasn’t going to tie myself up in knots if it didn’t work. Fed is best, after all 🙂 and I’m not one for breastfeeding in public 🫣
I feel very blessed to have been able to pump and bottle feed for so long. 6 months on and we’re still going.
I had a problem with the pump unit back in August, it was losing suction on and off, I contacted Pippeta, they sent a brand new pump to me the next day. Amazing customer service.
Whilst establishing my pumping routine, the ability to pump on the go and change the settings so easily has been a huge benefit. I’ve got packs of milk in the freezer for when we start our weaning journey.
So many of our friends have commented that they would have given pumping a go with their children if they’d had the opportunity to do it so easily like Pippeta has made it for us.
I would 100% recommend this company.

Awful service

One of My breast pump motors is now faulty, after 7 weeks of use.
I contacted customer service, had to provide video evidence and have since been told I will need to send the motor back for inspection before they will replace. Really poor service given how much these items cost! Also they are a vital piece of equipment for a nursing mother and you’d think a company selling to this demographic would understand that!

Utter rubbish! Do not purchase. There are many reviews of customers experiencing the same issue as me… cheap product clearly and utterly disgusting service

I’ve heard momcozy is a much better product. I will be trying that.

I really wanted to love the Pippeta breast pump but after having such a horrible experience with their customer service recently I regret adding it to my wish list. I have a 2 months old daughter who relies on me pumping regularly and I’ve had technical issues with the motor after a few weeks of using the Pippeta wearable pump. I received the breast pump in October and contacted their customer service regarding the issue in mid November. I’m supposed to have a year warranty on the breast pump so expected that I’d have a conversation about the issue I was experiencing and I’d simply be sent a new pump after going into detail about the technical issues I faced with the motor. This company should understand that mothers rely heavily on their breast pumps and the service should be quick and easy. However in order for me to get the issue resolved I would have to send the breast pump back, given a used pump in the interim which I have to pay to use and then wait until they assessed the issue before being told whether I would get a replacement! This is so tedious and ridiculous for a new mother to have to go through all these steps for a product that I’ve only had for 2 months! I will now have to purchase a new breast pump from another company which have better customer service and a more reliable product so I wouldn’t recommend Pippeta to any mother!

I was quite happy with the pumps at first until the motors start going on and off while pumping after less than 2 months.
I’ve been told to send the pumps in order to investigate the fault, specifying the fault might or might not be covered by warranty however the only solution offered was to buy another motor in the meantime…
I guess if you are using them once in a while you should be ok but if you are pumping very often like I do then I would suggest to spend your money somewhere else cause definitively not reliable.
I decided to buy new ones from another brand, not worth the hassle especially for the price you pay.

I LOVE my wearable Pippeta. The fact that it come with spare parts and multiple flange sizes is superb for the price too. It’s such good value. I rave to everyone about it and recommend to all expectant Mums who are wanting to feed their babies breastmilk. As a breastfeeding peer supporter, my colleagues and I all agree this is a fab bit of kit.

Recieved my pump yesterday morning and used it in the evening and I had to check it twice cause I thought it wasn’t doing anything but it had pumped 60mls without me really knowing about it. Super comfortable and didn’t notice it. Highly recommended.

Being pregnant and baby brain I made an huge mistake on my order, I thought I'd filled out my delivery address but somehow my order was going to an address I hadn't lived at for nearly 10 year. On an absolute panic I emailed, whatsapp'd and messenger on Facebook. I was in absolute tears as I am due in a matter of days. Someone on Facebook messenger managed to sort it all for me and get it sent to my address. I can't wait to use it when it arrives. Thank you for helping a mumma in distress.

It’s a must have for every mum.. it makes breastfeeding journey an easy one. You can actually go about your daily business while pumping. Thank you pippeta!

I didn’t want pay excess amounts for something that may or may not work for me so opted for this pump. The pump is really comfortable and easy to use, had no pain at all. I breast feed my baby but still managed to get 3 ounces out in one use, which really surprised me! Would definitely recommend. Amazing product for the price.

I am not very impressed. The pump leaks too often. I try to be mindful and careful when I use and take them off but there is always fair amount of leakage due to the structure.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - this breast pump is not only affordable but it actually works! It does the job right, I have pumped so much milk and the bottles are cute, teets mimic the nipple and breast so well that my son won’t use any other bottle when we feed him using the bottle.. 5/5 for this brand and would defo recommend
