They’ve been a godsend. Helped me with my mandatory reconsideration appeal. I didn’t know how to respond to this stage. Their written report was extensive, I’m detail, using the appropriate laws to challenge their decision and guided me in terms of what to send to dwp. Whether or not it is successful at this stage, I know I have a strong chance of succeeding even if I have to take it to tribunal but this stage was necessary and for it to be in such precise and detailed.

Outstanding and very personal service from start to finish from Neil. I really did not know what to expect from this process, but I firstly found the website to be very user friendly concerning what I needed to do. I had a few tech issues (mostly my end but also one document was tricky to upload on their system) however, a quick email and a workaround was easily found. Neil reached out to me immediately even on a Saturday and my document was with me the following day. The content is very thorough and absolutely "got" where my issues are, as my condition is extremely complex. I was initially a little sceptical, but after reading the positive reviews and experiences from others, I decided to give Neil a try. I'm so glad I did.

After I made a payment for the service it took awhile to start filling the form as I was already overwhelmed at that point. When I received follow up emails and reminders I didn’t believe they were from Neil himself but auto reminders. But it was directly from him and I had a chance to share my concerns with him.
He was extremely efficient and managed to articulate my mandatory reconsideration letter in a way I never could. He prepared a cover letter template and instructions before send it to PIP. It should take another several weeks to hear back from them but I would definitely recommend this service.

Neil was so helpful, preparing the Appeal Tribunal letter with cross references to relevant legislation and case law. This was a level of expertise and knowledge that I could never have achieved in representing our case to the Tribunal. It lowered very high stress levels dealing with the DWP and PIP application and Mandatory Reconsideration Notice to this point.
