I have had positive motivated response right from the beginning of this year from Pioneer Finances Ltd the staff are professional but understanding eye level fast through and very efficient.
The Company offers a top up on a customers loan every six months.I have found Pioneer Finances Ltd Executive lender officers very good decision makers that go the extra mile for Customers and Company alike.I think that Pioneer Finances Ltd staff and management attitudes are better than the ANZ personal bankers . I found the whole process very quick and easy. The staff kept me informed all the time through my application, and when I was having a problem uploading my ID, they were very patient with me.

Mix of good and bad
I had a loan , which is now repaid . The service and communication was quite good . However , when I recently applied for an additional loan , they asked for more information , then more ( which was fine ) , but then their rep just stopped replying . The original loan was always paid on time , and the loan I applied for was less value , but it must have been declined -- they just never communicated that , no any reasons , so I am still baffled .

I have awesome credit I own a home , as I work in the financial industry i notice u charge people straight away , $20 late fees before they know they are late, it's against the law, u are stea6ling from the public, people don't buy or use this company
