Horible. Do not buy from this Store, they don’t sale clothes, but some cheap materials that came after half year.

This company is horrible. I placed an order in january. I only received 2 of the 6 items 3 months later. The sizes were way to small. And tge material was very cheap. The items did not look like the picture. There is no way to contact them. Emails get returned.

SCAM. I ordered some dresses, never received them of course. Thank god I used PayPal, they refunded me.
I cannot believe that this website still exists.

Placed an order back in June 2018 an never received it. I was told I'd get a full refund, but never did. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not buy from them!

I made a purchase back in June 2018, it’s now July 2019 and still nothing! Contacted them by email and they told me they would issue a refund. Still no refund. This is a huge scam!!!!!! Do not spend your money here!

I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

I placed an order for two dresses for my daughter to wear to a wedding. PinkSia provided a fake DHL tracking number which was never in the DHL system. After 6 emails (no other way to contact the company) went unanswered I filed a dispute with PayPal. Ironically, a few days later a package arrived with ONE of the dresses via FEDEX.

PayPal denied my claim without following up with me to insure satisfaction and closed the case. To say that I’m disappointed this is how it was handled would be an understatement.

Back to PinkSia - the ONE dress that did arrive was supposed to be floor length based on the website; however, it’s knee length. All communication has went unanswered and clearly I should’ve read online reviews prior to purchasing from them because there’s a common theme here. PinkSia - scam, much??????

We purchased another dress for her to wear to the wedding and this has been a waste of money and time!

My advice is simply don’t make the same mistake.

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS. Please don’t buy from this website. Please please please they take your money and don’t send you clothes and then don’t refund as well. I ordered from them a dress on 26-09-2018 which is like 6 months ago and still no refund as they said it was out of stock. My order no is PI-33658 I am not lying. They are a fraudulent website. Don’t trust

Un vestido no llegó, el otro llego tarde, a pesar de que pagué el envío express, llegó semanas después, así que cuando lo recibí ni abrí el paquete, directamente lo devolví. Me escribieron por mail que me ingresarían el reembolso de mi compra, la cual realicé en Agosto, sigo esperando mi reeembolso. Nunca me había pasado esto, es la empresa más impresentable que he visto jamás, te marean con mails hasta que ya no saben que decir y no dicen nada. Por mi parte pienso recuperar mi dinero, aunque tenga que denunciarlos, hay muchos afectados. Order PI-31970.

Horribly made dresses, terrible service, scam company. Dresses not as pictured and they don’t offer exchange or refund. Con company. Also go by name of Wakasia.

I have ordered 2 dresses in August 2018, it's February 2019 and I have never received my order nor money back. I have emailed company hundread times asking for my money back, but never got it. This is SCAM company! Do not but anything from them!

Estafadores, un vestido llegó muchos meses después y la tela era pésima, el modelo no correspondía con la foto, pedí reembolso y solo dijeron que me devolverán 11dolares que jamás me acreditaron. Haré el reclamo en Paypal. El segundo vestido jamás llegó y ahora ya van 4 e-mails que mandó y ya no responden. NO COMPREN!

AM PLATIT DIN OCTOMBRIE 2018 SI NICI PANA ASTASI NU AM PRIMIT PRODUSELE, iar de 2 saptamani nici nu imi mai raspund la email.
Mi-au spus ca imi vor restitui banii intrucat al treilea produs nu este disponibil (inca din noiembrie) si de atunci niciun semn.
