Pink Lily Anmeldelser

Twice they have told me my order was "delivered" and twice there is no delivery. I live in a gated community with locked mail.facilities and cameras. There has been no delivery. Their courier marks as delivered then they tell me it was stolen - would I accept a partial.refund? No. They will not disclose who their delivery service is. This is a SCAM

I love shopping at Pink Lily! My orders arrive quickly, customer service is helpful and I love the clothes! I shop Pink Lily all the time and will continue to do so!

The customer service rep got back to me Very Quickly and it was effortless!

I didn’t receive a bill in with the shipment so I had to look it up online .

I have ordered from Pink Lily several times, they are one of my favorite places to shop! Every time I have ordered, except for once, my order has always been accurate and I receive my order very fast! The one time my order was incorrect, they fixed it very promptly!!

Love this company. There customer service is outstanding and has gone above and beyond every single time.

Pink lily has made me excited for the first time i think ever? To wear clothes, the clothes are cute, trendy, stylish, capsule wardrobe worthy, and overall have made this new mama feel like a whole new person. Tori, Christina mandrell, and many more have gone above and beyond to help make the experience at pink lily amazing. Also editing to add- the shipping back and returns are the easiest thing I’ve ever done and i barely return anything anywhere but pink lily makes it insanely easy!! It’s also free!!!!

I love shopping at Pink Lily! There is always something that I can find. My only wish is that more models represented thicker women so we could see the clothes and how they would fit :-)

From the moment you land on their site, everything is so easy to browse and beautifully styled. The sizing is spot-on, the quality is always impressive, and I love how quickly my orders ship. Pink Lily makes it fun to shop for pieces that feel both trendy and totally wearable. It’s become my go-to for outfits I actually want to wear every day!

I absolutely love your clothing line but I live in Ontario Canada and the shipping charges are ridiculous. I process and ship online orders to the states and my shipping charges are so much cheaper. You should look into different shipping methods to other countries. But I do LOVE the items I have purchased from Pink Lily and suck it up every time I order because I do like my outfits.

The website is easy to use and sales are great!

Loved everything I ordered from Pink Lily! Ordered and had my order within a week!!

Pink Lily is always my go-to for a closet refresh! I love the designs, styles, and color options. I never have to worry about whether or not the clothes are going to fit me because everything is true to size. Delivery is always fast and easy. The pricing is fair! I've been a loyal customer for years!

I’m genuinely disappointed in the website. I had high hopes since I see influencers shop here but I received my order and nothing fits. Then I try to return and they want YOU to pay the shipping back because the clothes that are your size don’t fit. On top of me not being able to get my money back they do not have clothes the size I need so now I’m stuck with store credit I can’t use. Do better Pink Lily.

Fast shipping and easy exchange! Top quality items!

Clothing is always unique and good quality!

Pink Lily has provided me with excellent customer service! Pink Lily wants to help their customers - providing suggestions and solutions that will keep customers returning.

In one word,in my experience , Pink Lily is "OUTSTANDING"!
