Very reliable company
Very reliable company . I ordered quite a few items as I had a clothing item of theirs that I loved .
Out of the 9 items I ordered I found 5 not suitable owing to my body shape and size .
The company were amazing , they communicated how to return the unsuitable items which I did by registered mail . Within days they have refunded the money as I was notified today from Afterpay which I thought was amazing . I love their clothes by the way .

Poor design and fit Tshirt
1. Ordering via the website = easy
2. Delivery = fast & efficient
3. The garment I ordered looked a lot different to the photograph on the Pingpong website. In real life, the fabric was considerably darker in colour, with an uneven texture compared to the photo representation on the website. Disappointing but I can look past that. Why the huge underarm drop, resulting uncomfortable excess material gathering under the arm and side lower bust area? The T-shirt fitted perfectly everywhere else. What look were the designers aiming for? Plain ugly or perhaps Side-boob reveal? I will not be ordering from Pingpong again
